Avoid coming here for other than simple tasks. The branch manager has a major attitude and would not help with the paperwork I needed. She was also rude to my colleague who was super polite.

Worst customer service ever! The location manager Ms. Abhilasha Aishwarya is arrogant, rude , entitled and unhelpful. Refused to help with the issue and made us go to the bank three times to found out is your bank's mistake. Not apologize and even yelled at me. Horrible experience, planning to close all the accounts.

I'm a non client, went there to withdraw from my EDD card. Monica Wheeler helps me. This teller is very condescending, rude and with bad attitude. I didn't ask for explanation about the card , she proceeded to talk to me and when I told her I'm in a hurry and know what the card entails since i'm a banker too, she reprimand me and said that as a banker I should know about the feature of EDD card, fee etc, She talked in her language about me insultingly with the other teller not knowing I can understand. I intend to withdraw enough to cover my rent but because of her treatment I decided to max the limit that I can take from my card. I intend to withdraw everything in the next few days . I complaint to the 800# about her while resolving my pin issue in the lobby. In fact this branch have an unfriendly vibes... two customers ahead of me have issue as well. That guy was speaking loudly we can all hear it. Needless to say I won't recommend this branch makes one's wonder if all BOA staff are the same . Bad terrible customer service. I won't go back there.

It's been over 2 months to get my card that I verified, the state in which I lived verified, and B of A was contacted verifying the correct address for my card to be sent and still no card.Bank of america has caused over 1200$ in debt due to their delay and incompetence for just me. This is the biggest thief in history and they keeping raping the American public of financial stability qnd confidence of similar institutions.

I have had an incredible experience at this branch thanks to only one employee – Bijal James. Not only has she helped me efficiently and thoroughly but she went the absolute extra mile by calling another branch for me to get things situated before I attended my appointment there. For a little bit of context, my father had a heart attack on Thanksgiving of 2022 and I just recently became his conservator. I needed to open a conservatorship account at BofA and so I scheduled an appointment at the 4150 Monterey Hwy, San Jose, CA 95111 branch. What an awful experience at that branch. Do not go there if you ever need help. A personal banker named Han turned me away (especially in this time of need) and told me to call the “1-800 number” just because she had no idea what I was asking. What kind of customer service is that? Especially for someone who is suffering (me)? I wake up every day knowing that my reality has shifted. My dad, my hero, can’t speak to me anymore and I have had to stand up to take his place and carry his legacy forward through the conservatorship. And that is how I was treated?Fast forward to early April 2023, I was recommended this branch (Brokaw) by someone who lived in the area and was (thankfully) paired up with Bijal James. She not only (1) empathized with me, (2) showed me the humanity that Han @ 4150 Monterey Hwy failed to do, but also and arguably most importantly (3) went through extreme means to get me absolute top notch service. She made the entire process seamless. She knew exactly what to do and who to call. Even when she was getting push back from her colleagues at her very own branch because they were unfamiliar with the process / had never opened a conservatorship account before, Bijal stood her ground and was my advocate. Then, when I needed to go to branch way in Sacramento, she called up that banker I was paired with, explained the whole situation to him JUST so that when I got to the Sacramento branch, I could have an even more seamless experience.Bank of America is very fortunate to have a person like Bijal James on staff. She should be the face of the bank – if it weren’t for her, I would probably never bank with BofA again, after my experience with Han @ 4150 Monterey Hwy. Any “Thanks” to her is simply not enough. Very rarely do people go above and beyond – this is perhaps a testament to her true, incredible character as a human being. I would be disappointed if Bijal weren’t promoted in the next cycle. Because God knows, she deserves much more.

They don't acknowledge there appointment and there manager is very entitled. Always tells her customers to not waste time in the bank even if there was a simple request of wanted clarity and the Manager is not ready to give customers any clarity

Parents tried to transfer money from one account to another and was told by the cashier "everyone is at lunch". how could that be if the cashier was their? If that is how B of A employees treat old people with money then shame on them.
