The teller guy name Luis Pantoja he doesn’t has any customer skill and not knowing any thing. I cashed my check and try to deposit which my account has enough money co cover the chệch and he said I can’t dep. The cash he gave me and he said he is a manager, make sure when you in that branch do not go to him

5 stars for Ariana Orozco who assisted me today.
If they are short of staff, the bank is located in a very busy area, especially on weekends, and perhaps they do not find qualified personnel to serve difficult customers like me ?. But Ariana gave me the attention I needed. These are difficult times and thanks to your manager for making sure I had good service there today.
10 years with this bank and I still don't regret being here.

How is this branch still in business? They have no respect for customers and treat them like second citizens. Get off your high horse, know that you are here to help customers not make banking difficult for them. Additionally, they are always backlogged with several employees taking multiple breaks during the day. If this continues, this banking operation should not be bailed out. And stop writing a canned response to all the negative reviews. Fix your problems at the branch rather than writing a canned response to customers. Customers expect results not empty promises.

After going to numerous branches in San Jose to resolve an issue and it remaining at a standstill, I decided to take my client in to this branch. We were quickly greeted and Jennifer Montes de Oca immediately offered to help. We felt at ease with her and she went above and beyond to make sure this issue was resolved for my client. We had been trying to fix this situation since October. Within 30 minutes everything was resolved and we were on our way. I cannot recommend her enough.

This bank has terrible service, all the people working there have terrible attitude. Waited here for over 45 minutes and nothing when there was employees doing absolutely nothing but standing.

This Bank of America doesn't even deserve one star. I have been waiting for over 45 mins and No one was able to help me and made me come back and forth. Terrible service, there was clearly available employees to help but was just standing there doing absolutely nothing. This bank has terrible customer service. Everyone is there To help us and not to mention the Attitude of a lady there. It doesn't matter how well prepared they are if they don't have customer service they are useless. Bank of America really needs to work on this.
