Worse bank service you can ever get. Lack of customer service skills from most of their staff there. HORRIBLE.

If I could give negative stars I would. Never have I ever been mistreated I was in this bank. From a rude and unhelpful teller to an even more rude assistant manager or whatever she was. Extremely rude. Talked to me like I was a friend she did not like. I think some of these employees need to be sent to training and receive education on how to treat customers because honestly they lack experience. Horrible horrible horrible.

How is Joseph a manager?! He is the most disrespectful, rude person I have ever encountered in customer service. I have come here on multiple occasions to cash checks and there is always some new reason of why BofA doesn't cash checks... what?! Why would a bank not cash checks?! They will say the signatures are fake or make up some random rules of why they don't cash checks. I go to a different BofA right after with absolutely NO PROBLEMS! I can't even explain how weird this BofA is with all the problems they cause but something sketch is going on there! Joseph needs to be fired ASAP!

Subpar customer service. I didn't have an appointment, true. I did have all my paperwork to update information regarding a trust. Manager didn't want to get his hands dirty to spend 5 minutes updating the required information. He told me to make an appointment for tomorrow, come back later. He also said I could call the institution to update the needed information. I went back to my car, reread the email. The email did not provide an option to call. According to the email, it was to be an in person meeting. So .... We'll got in my car, drove to the Almaden branch and was helped immediately. In about 5-6 minutes I accomplished my goal of updating the information and on my way home. People like J. Ortiz give BofA a bad rap

10:40am on a Saturday (04/22), I went to the bank, and the teller was Joseph, as I go every Saturday to BofA (not the same branch), this past Saturday wasn't different, I went to cash a check, knew everything, gave my ID, check, put my pin, when he started questioning the check, who gave me the check, the signature in the check, when I answered and said I come to BofA every Saturday, he started questioning me, implying that I was lying, he couldn't cash my check, the bank was full, very embarrassing for me, the teller implying a long time customer would have forged a check. This other person Ariana, tried to interfere, but he had embarrassed me enough by that time. I don't know what was his deal, if because I have accent, he treated me differently, but definitely he is very unprofessional. He needs to be trained to work with people and have professional courtesy, respect for your customers.

I came to buy change from this branch,, the teller who happens to be Asian was pissed because I gave her the money in two loads, i was not nice to her for being pissed since I don't need any one to talk to me disrespectfully, joseph the manager came to her defense without knowing why i got mad, then Joseph asked for my id which they never ask for mor then the debit card since I am buying change in cash. I felt that Joseph was rude by interfearing in a defensive manner. Two thumb down

So I walked into this facility and wanted to Pay off one of my accounts. I was greeted by a door greeter in black I don't remember his name. He kept arguing back-and-forth with me about what type of account I have I said, I'm not sure maybe you can look it up by my first and last name. He continued to be argumentative with me so I lost it on him and ask for the manager. He says I am the manager. One thing I never told them is I was coming in to pay off 100% of my account but I also wanted to talk to a home loan specialist. I'm going to be purchasing a home soon and I thought Bank of America was more reputable. I've had home loans with them in the past however moving forward I won't ever step inside of another Bank of America again because of him. I wish I knew his name. So disrespectful and when I tried to stop the conversation he continue to follow me threatening to kick me out. Super unprofessional I'm not sure exactly how he's even a manager if he's even a manager and he looked like a door greeter to me. You might want to look into customer service training and anger management for your staff. On a sidenote when I talked to the teller. He was very nice helped me. Got everything done and I was able to get going. Maybe you should take some advice from your normal employees. Puffing your chest to a customer is not recommended and should probably be something you should be talked to about. I'd rather give my business to star one or Golden one. I hope you learn a lot about this post.

They don't care about customer service. I noticed a silver Lexus always parked in a clearly marked EV only parking spot next to a EV charger. This non electric vehicle is always parked here. I assumed it belonged to a worker at BofA so I went in and asked the workers who's car that was so I can kindly remind them not to park in a EV spot so we EV customers can charge. I find the female employee and she says she will not move the car. She says you can park in the other spot to charge. I told her I can't because the other space is occupied. Then she has the audacity to tell me that when I come next time to come into the bank and tell her so she can move her non EV car from the EV only space. Then she says she's the employer so she can park there... what world of client satisfaction is BofA Blossom Hill San Jose at the Oakridge mall living in? The assistant manger choose not to tell her she is in the wrong, instead he said he will address the matter. I'm sorry, regardless don't park in EV only marked spots, because it doesn't allow us EV chargers to charge.

Bro like wtf is wrong with this customer service, they have a charging station right out the front, my dad was about to charge but found a Lexus that was not electric in the charging station. He went in to chill on the couch and withdraw money. Turns out it's one of the workers cars he said very nicely "Um just as a courtesy to fellow customers please don't park in Eletric" she responded I'm the employer of Bank of America and we can park where we want. LIKE WHAT. She then gave a loud fit and the manger said he would deal with her later. Bro please don't do this crap.

This is for sure the worst bank i have ever been to!!! Waited in line for almost an hour, was told, oh we can't handle this here, you need to talk to someone with an iPad. But the person with the iPad onky asked whether i have a check to deposit, of course I answered no. Ok find, I went up to another line to talk to the person with an ipad, "oh, you need to talk to a specialist, they work with appointment only". Its just terrible. Why didn't you ask or tell me at the 1st place. Really a waste of time and bad customer service.

I've read the complaints about waiting in line, but when I went there were a few tellers helping customers and once I entered they directed me on where to go for my request. Only took a few minutes to be in and out!

As "premier" members, we are very dissatisfied, overall, with the service provided at this branch. There are employees who are good, but overall, we have been turned away, twice, for not having an appointment. And getting an appointment? You cannot do it on-line for this branch. When you call the 408 local number, you are transferred to Texas. After speaking with 4 representatives, including Lori and Edwin, who could not get us an appointment or help us AT ALL, we went into the branch. Interestingly enough, when you ask the question about when you could get an appointment, you are told, "We are all booked up. Indefinitely." The first question we got from the guard the door, "Do you have an appointment?" No, we absolutely could not get an appointment but we are going in anyway to show our daughter where the safety deposit box is located. Could we sign her on to our account? No, you need an appointment. We walked in with our daughter, who flew in from San Diego to get into our safety deposit box with us. We spoke with the manager, who told us to make an appointment. I also belong to Provident and Excite credit unions, who always offer excellent service. I strongly urge you NOT to bank at the Oakridge Bank of America unless you love wasting your time and love the frustration of dealing with them.

Called their mortgage department who advised me to visit the branch. Visited the branch, spoke with Antonio (teller team lead?), who recommended me to call in to mortgage again. He threw a lot of attitude and basically said he can help me take a complaint if I can wait for 10-20 mins. Apparently he was with another customer while talking to me. Immensely frustrating experience. I'll close my bofa account and take my business elsewhere. Update: spoke to the mortgage helpline again. They confirmed that the branch should've been able to call mortgage department, and close the loop for the customers. So net net: the said person didn't know the process and provided incorrect guidance to his customer. What a waste of time. So annoying!
