I just left this Bank of America branch. I had trouble with my account and I showed up without an appointment. Sabi was very helpful in taking the time to resolve my issue. I really appreciated her going above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved. Her help was greatly appreciated.

This branch is horrible. I went there today to consolidate accounts. There were no customers there. I went to the teller. She couldn't help me. I went to the couch to wait. This woman asked if she could help me and then she wasn't qualified so I had to wait for Raffi. He was "busy". Came out to tell me 5 more minutes. Ten+ minutes later he was ready. Barely friendly or apologetic, he finally helped me. He said I would be sent an ability to grade him. Never came. He must have known he sucked.

Merriam Webster defines bank as: "an establishment for the custody, loan, exchange, or issue of money, for the extension of credit, and for facilitating the transmission of funds". Since this location was closed for three months, and now, despite being "open", does not have any tellers working there, it doesn't meet the definition of a bank and it's a travesty that Yelp lets it categorize itself as such. Not only that, but our organization had an appointment a few months back and they made us wait about 30 minutes past our appointment time. In short, this location can do nothing for you, and it's not a legitimate bank. I'm reminded why I took my personal business away from BofA years ago. Incidentally, even if they were open for the hours for which they state, Wells Fargo right across the street has longer hours. There's no good reason to bank with this BofA.

Sooooo B of A has adapted to our current situation by making life MORE inconvenient. They have closed branches making life even more inconvenient.

There's never a line for these atms and they are now nice and modern. What's not to like?
