The manager should be fired. Doesnt know how to run a business and is very rude to customers. I think she is even racist. Most of the staff acts as if the customers are invisible. They cant even acknowledge us by apologizing for the long wait.

Very unpleasant experience. They were not able to help me with single transaction, because I had no appointment! Right in middle if the hall way asked what I need to pay for and how much.
