I just left this Bank of America branch. I had trouble with my account and I showed up without an appointment. Sabi was very helpful in taking the time to resolve my issue. I really appreciated her going above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved. Her help was greatly appreciated.

This branch is horrible. I went there today to consolidate accounts. There were no customers there. I went to the teller. She couldn't help me. I went to the couch to wait. This woman asked if she could help me and then she wasn't qualified so I had to wait for Raffi. He was "busy". Came out to tell me 5 more minutes. Ten+ minutes later he was ready. Barely friendly or apologetic, he finally helped me. He said I would be sent an ability to grade him. Never came. He must have known he sucked.

Merriam Webster defines bank as: "an establishment for the custody, loan, exchange, or issue of money, for the extension of credit, and for facilitating the transmission of funds". Since this location was closed for three months, and now, despite being "open", does not have any tellers working there, it doesn't meet the definition of a bank and it's a travesty that Yelp lets it categorize itself as such. Not only that, but our organization had an appointment a few months back and they made us wait about 30 minutes past our appointment time. In short, this location can do nothing for you, and it's not a legitimate bank. I'm reminded why I took my personal business away from BofA years ago. Incidentally, even if they were open for the hours for which they state, Wells Fargo right across the street has longer hours. There's no good reason to bank with this BofA.

Sooooo B of A has adapted to our current situation by making life MORE inconvenient. They have closed branches making life even more inconvenient.

This is the WORST Bank of America I've ever been to. Most Bank of Americas are great which is why I bank exclusively with them...But this particular one is TERRIBLE! Stay away unless you want long lines and the worst customer service youve ever seen. There was a huge line to see a teller and then i finally get there and says we only have small bills. She asked if Id like to do my $5000 withdrawal in 20's because they dont have 100s! This is a constant problem with this branch as they are understaffed and now they are only open Mon-Fri closed sat and sun. This just shows what corporate thinks of them and id be shocked if this location stays open much longer. They'll likely just shut it down entirely due to poor customer service and really terrible management!

Not sure so many negative reviews?! I'm both WF and BOA customers. I really enjoy banking experience here, a virtual and modern design office! Customer service is always pleasant and professional!

What a horrible experience. Joseph Ortiz, Bank Manager, lacks the simplest of customer service skills. After numerous unanswered calls to this location, it was he who answered. While abroad, I simply needed the BOA ABA number. Mr Ortiz informed me he was with a customer and he could help me is 15-20 min. I am a customer! You couldn't, I don't know, provide service and give me the number over the phone? It would have taken you seconds. Mr. informed informed me he was doing a wire transfer for a client. Wow! So you must have already had that number in front of you. Well thanks for nothing. I have been a long time customer of Bank of America. With everything being automated now, and rarely being able to speak with a real human, well Mr. Ortiz you just added to this misfortunate experience. You sir should removed from that bank for simply not being able to offer customer service. Thank you for informing me you are the bank manager. The pride and pompous way you gloated about your title shows me that I truly should be banking elsewhere.

I had my window smashed close by the bank today. I wanted to know if they had cameras to catch the person. Unfortunately they are not able to access them. However I was in tears over my window and the manager came out with a broom and dustpan and cleaned up glass and helped clean the inside so I could go home!! He didn't even know I was a customer either! He just helped me

The most terrible customer service I've experienced in a banking atmosphere. Anytime I come here I'm spoken to disrespectfully and my time is wasted without any hesitation by the employees of this branch. I'm currently sitting in the waiting area writing this review. The employees are stiff lipped and cold, order you to sit as they take their time doing anything. There are always closed teller stations and empty banking offices. This place is understaffed and their employees are clueless about customer service. I can't leave Bank of America YET due to the lengthy process of moving stuff around, but the second I can I will go to a local credit union where I'm wanted and respected. Here's a photo of the empty waiting area and the offices which are unmanned.

This is the worst bank ever! I have been in 3 times to get a key for the night box and have spent over 6 hours waiting and still have no key. Every time I am told they are too busy when there is literally no one there. The manager is horrible and completely rude. If you have a choice use any other branch. All I want is a key to the night drop box so I don't have to deal with them. I literally just want to give them money and they cannot fathom how to hand out a key. It has taken 10 minutes max and both the other branches I have night drop keys to. Awful horrible completely disgusting service.

This branch has worse customer service ever, unfriendly. Also when I called them and ask for branch manager they put me on hold for 45 minutes then dropped. after I called 2 hours and nobody picked up the phone. I'm going to close all my business accounts and personal with BOA. Chase have better service then anybody.
