Made an appointment for 11:30am on a different day. Received a call today at 10am to let me know they can see him today as a drop off. I left work early and once I got there the worker was busy on the phones and there was about 3 clients with their fur babies. It was NOT a “drop off” and was there for about 30 minutes. Then I told her that this was an inconvenience for me and if I known I was going to wait then I would have just came for my appointment. The worker said then you can come tomorrow if you want…. That’s where I got upset making it seem like it’s my fault. Banfield CALLED me lol Workers are very rude and talk back. My puppy is a Cane Corso who is not fully vaccinated yet and is weighing 18lbs. After a while of waiting you get tired of carrying. I decided to lighten up the mood by telling another work “he is heavy?” and as I was walking away she responded “No he isn’t.”

I don't know how good this review is. But we've never been to Banfield for their services. However, our fury baby passed away Saturday night in the middle of the night and Banfield. Was there early in the morning Sunday?To help us out with our sad situation. The other places we called wanni 900 to a $1000 to help us out. So I guess this review is for the people that lose their furry. Babies and don't know what to do I suggest to give banfield a call. NINA WE LOVE YOU ?❤️

I don’t think this places cares about animals. A while back I spoke to an employee named Kaylie and she was really rude. I think management should retrain how to answer calls and how teach certain ones how to be more empathetic and patient.

Took my cat for a full comprehensive exam, these type of exams usually take about 1/2 of the day to complete, even thou I was about 10 mins late, they still took my cat for his appointment. Team Banfield at Coleman, you all rock!!! ??

The people are always really nice but pricing makes no sense. For routine annual vaccines they quoted me ~$330. I went somewhere else because they quoted $85 for the exact same vaccines.

This place was really accommodating to the urgency that I had with my dog. They squeeze me in last minute when other band Fields were about two to a month week out and booked. The nurse who assisted me was very helpful bubbly and energetic which helped me keep my spirits up. So big thank you to her. Also they were a lot quicker than expected, and the doctor that called me was very informative and letting me know exactly what was going on.

I love Banfield but just wish I didn't have to go all the way to San Jose to get care for my babies. I live in Sunnyvale and I enjoyed going to the one in Sunnyvale and Mountain View because it's close. The staff members at the San Jose location are great just a bit to far for me. I also wish that the monthly coverage plan covered more. Other than that Banfield is great thanks for caring for my babies.

Here's some advice: do NOT get their monthly service where you pay for care. our dog died and we could not cancel. we have to keep on paying monthly fees even though we are receiving no service. major rip off. I will never do business with Banfeld vet again.

I do not recommend this Banfield. We took our dog to this Banfield rather than the other one in San Jose because he goes to petsmart camp and we figured it would be convenient. We have had nothing but issues. The staff is rude and I will say they are money hungry and charge for every little thing during the physical. We did tests we have paperwork for that they’re now saying we didn’t do so I cannot order my dogs script. They’re quoting us another $75 for a test we already did and tried to also double charge us for items during his physical as well. Stay clear and go to the other Banfield’s in town that have much better customer service and don’t try to rob you.

I called today because my Chi is limping badly, they said they could see him in November. I said this is an emergency, they told me to call other Banfield's and see if any of them could see me sooner. I've been paying monthly for a plan at Banfield for 12 years and this is the service they provide. The girl was very cold, and didn't seem to care that I wanted to transfer to another Vet. No compassion for my dog.

I have had problems with this Banfield in the past and because they are so close to our apartment I decided to try them again. The tldr; this office does not know how to do health certs for international travel. Despite showing the front desk and them relaying the message to the doctor, they refuse to actually read the rules and fill out the certificate prior to 10 days prior and that puts us in a huge crunch because APHIS vets need to certify it in that time frame. Despite explaining the situation twice and even emailing them the links, they turned us away and rescheduled. I have always loved Banfields in the PNW but California Banfields have been incompetent and honestly unfriendly when it comes to doing anything out of the ordinary. Oh and additonally - every time my pet comes come after her nails have been done, she has jagged nails as if they have been using the same clippers for 10 years or something, they also never clip them short enough.
