I give it a one star because there isn’t an option for less. I took my 2 Month kitten to this hospital, the staff are rude. The vet that took a look at my kitten. My cat was diagnosed with conjuntivitis, and i told the vet that if it was contagious since i have cats and dogs at home. She said it wasn’t and my 1 year old cat got sick. I googled conjuntivitis and it says is highly contagious. I called the vet multiple times and some how the vet is not there. I called them multiple times and they agreed to take care of the bill for my other cat, but then they charged me for the antibiotics. They had rescheduled my kitten to see how she was doing, but failed to mention that they would charge $100. So they will send me to collections. I will be suing!!!

The team at Silver Creek were very thoughtful and sincere. Missy showed great customer service at the front desk answering all our questions and getting us set up for our visit. Dr. Choi was lovely as ever with her great expertise and caring nature. I missed the name of the technician for Diesel’s appointment but she showed Diesel so much love to help ease him through the appointment, which is not easy with a 100lb dog. I’m so grateful he was in their wonderful hands.

I've been bringing my dogs to this veterinary clinic since 2021, and every visit is met with excitement from my pets the moment we pull into the parking lot. The entire staff, from the doctors and assistants to the front desk team, is exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They consistently prioritize our pets' well-being, making us feel reassured and cared for. One standout feature I appreciate is their flexibility with drop-off appointments, which aligns perfectly with our work schedule. While some reviews mention their wellness plan can be perceived as pushy, I personally found it to be a good fit for us. The unlimited office visits and access to 24/7 pet chat have tremendously lowered our stress levels as first-time pet parents.

I like this location, it's very close to home. Always clean and the front desk is always welcoming. Technicians and drs are very kind too. I like how they remember my dogs too! I think the best part about Banfield is that when I needed to bring in a poor abused dog they fit us in and I sincerely appreciate every one for having him be seen and taken care of. Here's to Banfield and the recovery of my new dog!

I brought my dog, Nala, in for an ear infection and Dr. Choi gave her an excellent exam. Nala’s diagnosis is that she has an ear infection in both her ears and she has allergies also dry eyes. Nala also needed a rabies vaccine. I am happy because Dr. Choi gave me a follow up appointment. The follow up appointment means that she cares about Nala’s health. My grown up daughter, Bridget, gave me a French Bulldog when she was a baby and this bread of dogs are so loving. I love Nala as much as I love my three children. Thank you Karen Martinez

The receptionists and the vets are super friendly. They've always taken care of my cats and were super informative with any questions i have about their visit. My cats are part of their wellness program and I have always appreciated how active the staff is in reaching out and letting me know when my cats are due for another visit. However during my last visit, I brought my cat in and when I picked up my cat, i noticed they put pink gauze on my cats leg (fine) but the gauze stained my cats WHITE fur PINK. Ridiculous. How can i get that out?

Had a great first visit this weekend with my 9 year old dog. Both of the reps at the front desk were extremely warm and welcoming. They took time to explain how their pricing works and how Banfield's annual care plans work. They explained the pricing and potential savings thoroughly without pressuring me to sign up right away. They assured me that we can schedule my dog's needed follow up visit and I can sign up for the care plan then after I think it through first. They were patient and informative with all my questions regarding the care plan and my dog's health. Having open and friendly rapport with the businesses I frequent is really important to me. I only patron places that care about their clients and want to help educate us on becoming better pet parents. This Banfield Branch seemed like they might be that kind of place. I removed one star because looking back I would've liked a more thorough debrief on my dog's health. A vet tech (I believe she was a vet tech) came out with my dog and debriefed me on the most urgent issue - possible dental disease and possible need for extraction. The employee explained the vet's assessment regarding her teeth but did not mention other aspects of her health that I should be aware of. I hope this means my dog is healthy, but as she's getting older, a holistic picture of my dog's well-being and suggestions for taking better care of her in this stage of life is always helpful. It also seems that it's quite difficult to get appts. We had to book her first checkup 2 weeks out and her dental follow up about a month and a half from today. However, I think this is industry wide and is about the same wait time I have experienced with private vets in the Bay Area.

I don’t usually review places but I was really impressed with my experience here. I have a cat with hyperthyroidism and I just moved to the area. I realized I was short on her medication. They got me in really quickly and we’re super friendly and knowledgeable. They also clearly cared about my cats health more than the money. I was super impressed and will definitely be returning.
