We have been renting regularly from this place for almost a year and half and our experience has been nothing but amazing! The management team on site have been very helpful and accommodative. We definitely recommend this Avis location to others.

I was genuinely surprised. The staff was super friendly, even got a free upgrade because my car wasn't available. Their staff had great attitude, the car was great and returning it was hassle-free. Had a great experience overall! Would definitely recommend Avis!

Had the WORST rental experience here last week. We had a PREPAID reservation for a standard SUV at this location. Went to pickup the car and they told us there’s no SUV available but we could go check out the airport location to see if they have anything available. I went to the airport location and waited in line for AN HOUR just for the rep there to tell me that they couldn't give me a car because the reservation was not from the airport location and it was prepaid so the location was locked in already. Called the avis customer service line and no one picked up because it was past 5pm Friday. We had to change our travel plans and give up on the rental car.Tried to contact avis customer service on Monday for a refund and customer service said because I didn’t contact them on Friday(which I did but no one picked up) they couldn’t issue a refund????? Like what’s wrong with this company?! I had a prepaid reservation, never got my car, never got any help from any of the reps, and now i can’t even get my prepaid amount back???Seriously, don’t rent from avis because you might not get a car or your money back.

The service desk rep is outright very rude. I have never seen someone so condescending when they’re paid to help the customers. I have rented Avis more than 50 times and this place gives me the worst experience. He would never give you a decent car that you pay good money for. I am sick of this Avis location. Other alternatives are good.Avis management should really look into this and hold service reps like this accountable if they care about the business at all. I’m never going to rent from this location again.

Rented from Avis it was awesome! Seriously, the service was friendly, the car was spotless, and everything went super smoothly. I saw some 1-star reviews before I booked, but honestly, they felt way off base after what I experienced. Avis nailed it, and I'd totally recommend them. Five stars, no doubt!

Wanted a car for a road trip over the weekend, the person working there spoke to us rudely when we didn’t want an electric car. I didn’t like his attitude and the way that he spoke to me. I didn’t want to argue so I decided to take what ever he gave me. Wish he was more accommodative and listened to the needs of the customer.

Nicest Avis I’ve been to! I booked an intermediate and got a mustang hatchback. Joel & Lucas were both incredibly nice & helpful.

Horrible service, extremely rude guy at the front desk - they only had 2 car options (one ev and one van) even though I booked a standard economy Toyota/honda. Go book enterprise instead and save yourself some time.

Booked and prepaid for an SUV. They tried to give me a pick up truck and acted like it's the same thing. They said they couldn't do anything because these were the cars Avis corporate provided them with.

Had a horrible experience here today. I was late to pick up my reserved car rental by an hour and I approached a rep at the desk. He seemed helpful and receptive, but the other rep was downright rude. He spoke over the other employee, when I wasn’t speaking with him, mumbled something about a minivan (which was not my reserved car class), and started looking at me. All throughout nothing was said to me about the car I would receive. Finally the employee I was speaking to said I would be getting a minivan and I said that wasn’t my car class. When I calmly said that that was not the car class I booked, the other employee got aggressive and started telling me I was an hour late and they were short on cars and I can’t expect something else. I tried to ask if there was at least a sedan, which was met with a more aggressive response of him jiggling the available car keys in the box and speaking in a highly irritated voice that there were no other cars. When I asked if there was at least CarPlay on the car I was picking up, he started shouting saying he didn’t know. Bear in mind that I was not talking to this rude employee and was only talking to the person beside him.I noticed the same demeanor and rude response when he received a call. I understand all employees here might not be as rude or disrespectful as this person, but come on. People come here looking for cars to rent. They’ve taken time to get there, and they’re probably starting for a long road trip. The least I could’ve expected was someone talking to me normally and explaining that they had to give someone else the car class I had paid a premium to reserve. It wouldn’t have ruined my mood and my morning. I don’t expect to be talked to this way, and I could’ve cancelled the reservation or lost my temper at him. However, I was getting late, so I just took the car and left.Sorry, won’t name and shame, but this is a call to management to please make your employees understand that this is not okay. Not going to be picking up my cars from here anymore.

Extremely dishonest, had a bad experience with this branch. I rented a car, and got like 20-30% filled gas. My stupidity that I did not take a picture or take it up with them because of hurry and having had past good experiences with avis at other branches. While returning, they checked everything though so you're expected to give them extra gas basically. Car was also dirty when I got it, and I was asked to clean up the sand that I got in from my travel, so I basically did not receive the same care for the car that was expected from me. I will be paying extra next time and just rent with national/enterprise.

We got a car with 5/8th of a tank but they reported full tank, and reported way less miles than what was on the odometer. We got charged with gas fees on returning and it showed 400 miles driven instead of the 40 we drove. We got the charge removed by calling customer service, but check your contract for correct gas and mileage before getting the car
