Ava is absolutely brilliant! She understood our requirements in the first meeting and wasted no time house-hunting with us. She always came prepared with detailed folders on each home that we planned to visit. While she was always ready to go to the homes that we picked out, she also had beautiful options to show us. As first-time buyers, we needed a lot of guidance and for that ,we were so lucky to have Ava with us. She is very knowledgeable and an expert in her field. I met Ava the first time last August, she was so friendly and dedicated, also very experienced and familiar with the area and market. She spent an entire day every weekend and went house hunting with me. Just within one and half month, she helped me got my dream first property. Ava helped our family to buy our first home in California last year, and we were impressed by her dedication, commitment, and excellent customer service. When we were ready to move up and decide to sell our home this year, Ava was the only one we can think of who can deliver this for us. Ava was critical during our home buying adventure, and such a pleasure to work with.Before finding Ava, we worked with another real estate agent who was ill informed, would not listen to what we were looking for, and who was overall a terrible communicator.But when we found Ava, she was like a breath of fresh air! She quickly helped us find compelling listings that matched what we were looking for, while still being relaxed, and not pressuring us into any quick decisions. Ava was a HUGE help to our family. As this is our first time selling a house (and transition to the new one), as you can imagine (with two parents work from home and one baby and one 8-year daughter), we didn't have clear visibility on what's next and what we needed to do. Ava guided our family with step-by-step process and always checking to us on a daily basis to ensure the selling process is smooth. She often times stopped by to our home and help things out.For you who have the same situation with us (e.g., selling and buying at the same time), I would highly recommend Ava as your realtor.
