I went in today to get the mounting screws for the front license plate onto a holder provided by the car dealer. The guy there was very helpful. He spent time to try the fitting of various types of screws to fit the thread on the plate holder. Unfortunately, they didn't fit. So he went to the shelf and looked for those could work. At the end, he did not want to charge me for the two screws and offered them to me for free. Great customer service!

The prices there are a bit more than other places, but I went there for convenience. They seem knowledgeable of their parts. I bought an air filter and needed help installing, which they offered. However, the guy working there was very rude and agitated when he was installing it. Another customer politely came up to ask him something and he said is "I'm busy right now" very angrily. I think they need to work on their customer service skills and patience. I would usually pay more for good customer service, but if they are like this, I rather buy it online.

On 8/10/23, I bought a head light for my car at another locatiin which couldnt install it. So i call this particular location and they said YES they can install it. As soon as the sales associate sees me, he says NO they can't install it. Discriminate much?!?!Thank goodness there was a kind and helpful African american associate who intervened and got the job done with no hassle!Idk what kind of power trip "Jose" was on, but he needs to evolve and lose the nasty attitude

Excellent customer service. I went to purchase a recharge can for my AC. They told me my available options and helped me pick one. As I was struggling with what to do in the parking lot. One of the agents came out to help me and gave me instructions. He needed to go some where (I think his shift was up). So an an older gentleman came out to help me complete the task. The mechanic asked for $190 to do the same task which the Autozone folks did for free. The can cost me $35. Amazing people! Highly recommend them.

Person there was knowledgeable and helpful. Came from a failed smog check due to a PCV hose that was cracked. Guy at autozone was happy to come out and check the part that needed replacing. He even remebered I came in the day before for a price quote on brakes and rotors. I would definitely go to this location again.

Came to AutoZone bought some wipers for my car. Asked if they could install them but they said ? ⛔ no cause they didn't want their employees getting sick. No Bueno at all

They have good deals and most generic parts you’d need for trucks. I appreciate them carrying windshield wipers and the fast customer service.
