Really bad customer service, they never want to help you. I have a had a lot of bad experiences at this location and they are out of stock on most items. They don’t even care to assist you. They basically say you’re SOL for anything you inquire about. They don’t try to actually help you. And that guy with the stupid glasses on like, really?? He always wears them in a dumb manner.

The manager was very rude to me when all I asked for is to return an item that AutoZone sold the wrong part. Website said it would work, I tried installing it and it didn't fit.
Instead of trying to make it right, the manager told me it was a used product because I tried to install it and that he couldn't take a return on the caliper. After telling him why the core charge exists, he caved and then told his employee to give me a return and that I would no longer be an AutoZone customer and I would be an O'Reilly's customer from now on.
Never in my years have I actually experienced worse customer service. This might be worse than a company actually trying to scam you.
Don't stop shopping at AutoZone, their website is really great most of the time. However don't come here. Garbage service from the manager named Lee or something.

Yeah, the young man behind the counter. I had his sunglasses on crooked and went and refused to greet me. Didn't ask me what what I needed or if I needed anything else? Yeah, East sucked at his job and he obviously didn't want to be there. And I'm not quite sure if he was sober either, so went to O'reilly's and got what I needed. Much much better experience and write down the street

The man named Lee is the most rudest employee I have ever encountered. I came in to check oil and ask for help he said we are not mechanics. We do only have funnels for sale. He basically told us to go away and we left this store without being helped at all. 5/22/24 839pm Autozone 13th street

worst customer service. i bought a snow chain and employee named Diana, she gave me a wrong size of chain. Chain was too big and it scratched the rim.
i called her store and she said its my fault that i didnt double check if its a right size of chain for my tire. she hung up the phone while im talking.

Make sure to check products - they sold me a return that wasn’t even the correct itemFortunately the same employee who sold it to me was there when I returned and made sure I got a new correct part.

Friend people, very knowledgeable workers. I had a battery go out, and needed two for my f-250. The cost was almost $500, but they were able to get them both replaced under the warranty so I paid $0. I'm very happy with that, the guy working here really went out of his way and saved me quite a bit.

Staff are great and helpful. But the Manager is kind of egoistic. I am just asking for help if he knows the size of socket wrench of Ford lug nut . And he told me to go to the aisle. Come on... give me an answer not to just make me find things in a haystack. Your purpose there is to help.

Customer service was non existent. I called and was told that they have the car battery that I wanted was in stock. They told me that I could buy online and they could leave it aside for me to pick up and that they can install it for me. When I went to pick up the next day, they told me it wasn't available.
So I waited for 2 days even though I need my car urgently. Finally my battery arrived at the store. I even called them early morning and checked their availability for installation service before I go pick up. When I pick up the battery, they told me that they were understaffed and couldn't install it for me. It was morning at 11am on Wednesday. There was only 1 other customer in the store. I asked when do they think their availability will be. They can't even provide me with an estimate! I will never come back. Very disappointed.
