I had a great experience with Aaron from AW Collision. He’s a very friendly guy who went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. He handled the repair of my Macan, which was damaged in an accident, with great care and professionalism. The car looks as good as new now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I visited AW Collision to repair my brand new honda pilot after somebody rear ended my car. They are one of the certified collision shop. Manager Name "Aaron Munoz" helped me fix my car. Had a really bad crash back in May. After months of jumping over hurdles trying to work with our insurance companies on the claim I finally gave up. I handed the case off to Shaw Christie and he was able to resolve my case in a matter of days. Very much recommend working with AW and most specifically Shaw to get your claim resolved swiftly!

Second time working with this collision center and am pleased with the work from replacing parts to the color matching. Shaw is the guy to work with if you need a repair. Every time they were communicative of updates along the way and done so in a manner that is professional and welcoming manner. Never did I hear an annoyed tone that you usually get when asking questions elsewhere due to your concerns.

Great work and big thanks to Shaw for his work on our car and dealing with a very uncooperative insurance company (Fred Loya). He was also very patient and understanding of my frustration with the delays in the process dire to the insurance company and part on order from manufacturer.
Good job in blending the paint to avoid having to paint entire side which would have cost .more
I recommend especially if you have and audi .

I would give AW more stars if I could. I felt that they really cared about me and my vehicle. I worked directly with Miguel throughout my repair. He was very communicative and provided the best customer experience that I’ve ever had with a collision repair center. I would highly recommend AW in San Jose and would use them again without hesitation.

This is my 2nd car repaired by AW Collision! I have a very difficult matte paint that I needed matched and their paint team matched it perfectly! Couldn’t be happier with the communication and services they delivered. It was a small scratch but they fixed it with no problem.

I'm very pleased with my experience at AW Collision, and also very please with my service provider Shaw. This is my dealership's preferred collision center and I see why, the experience that I had (while I wouldn't wish it on anyone) was very smooth and easy. I was rear ended and there was an issue with some of my replacement parts arriving in a timely manner from the manufacturer, among a few other things. Shaw was very communicative throughout the entire two-month ordeal and was very helpful. He wanted me to have my car back as much as I did and I loved that. He also assured me that I could call him if anything went wrong. All in all, my car was returned in exceptional quality. Even my trunk was organized (which is great for me lol) and it was clean and washed. I am very happy with my service and hopefully that never happens again but if it does I will be calling Shaw first!
