The people who wash the cars are absolutely wonderful and kind. I appreciate them so much. They do the real work.
The people who ‘take your car order’ are incredibly rude and try to upsell you car wash to things you don’t want. Today I had one of the rudest experiences ever. I won’t be coming back.

Everything is normal and the work they do for almost 40$ is the same with the 8$ car wash. Give it a try if you want to try the service but I don’t think it’s worthy.

I really liked that when I drove up, the man talked to me very calmly and offered me différent options as he listened to my needs for a clean after having my German shepherd in the car. What I did not like is that the great clean he hyped it up to be seemed like it was missing some crucial parts. I wasn’t explicitly told this but I guess the trunk is not a part of the wash?! I made sure to empty it beforehand but it was left completely untouched and dirty compared to the rest that was cleaned. Also, everything around the center console was cleaned. Another thing I’d assume that would be included in a clean where the interior is washed. I had a McDonald’s bag in it as my trash bag and it was still there when I got my car. I will say the parts they cleaned, they did an AMAZING job but these small parts that weren’t cleaned by their guy who “handles all the Ferraris” tells me I’ll never come here again. Of all places there was still hair on my dashboard and I’d rather pay more for an extensive detail somewhere else I used to go too

Abel at Auto Pride today went above and beyond with his service today! I had a miscommunication on which wash I wanted and accidentally paid for the wrong one! When trying to pay for the right one Abel the Manager on duty let me know there was no worries and even went outside and made sure everything had been done to a T. I will definitely be coming back and telling others to come here! Thank you again Abel!

Keymonte the car wash Representative recommended I get the complete detail wash & Interior wax at a reasonable price. He went above & beyond helping out.
The location is nicely located on Silver Creek rd & Capital expressway at the chevron gas station.
Plenty of workers on site, They wash & clean throughly & very impressed how my car looked when the car wash & detail was completed.
I would recommend this place.

The attendant who first greeted me was extremely friendly. They came to grab me in Target as I left to get something. The car wash however was mediocre. I paid $213.99 after a $10 off coupon and I had to point out obvious dirt as soon as I walked outside. Not only that when I entered and was driving home there was stains on the window and residue on the side. I would probably have been better off with a basic wash. This was extremely disheartening.

Stand Up car wash. Because this must clearly be a joke ??? Not a car wash. Clearly, the owner/management is extremely incompetent. You should always trust the reviews. 150 usd platinum plus wax, I took it there because my car was full of pollen. They applied the wax on top of the dirt that they clearly did not clean for the 50 dolars car washed, the inside was more disappointing, I mean, I was not expecting much, yet the underachieved the low expectations. I will even go as far as to say this service might be unhealthy. They smeared everything through the car with used rags. That they clearly reused on the outside of other cars. Not so much about the money, but the health concern. Be safe, avoid this place!!!!

I was offer for a car wash and wax for 109 dollars. Wash is 33 dollars and rest is wax. It was a ripped off. Don't fall for it..! Very lousy job ???
