I was gladly welcomed here at this store! Mayra the manager in charge was amazing. She helped me all the way through with issues I was having with a claim. She got on the phone immediately after I informed her with my issue. Mayra was on the line with Ascurion for over an hour and got the job done. I want to rate this store with all five stars because they deserve it!! Quality customer prompt service, informational and always keeping a smile! Thank you all for great customer service! I will recommend this store to all and will come here for any issues or help I need in the future!!

What is the point on having a store front if the only thing you do is sell product.If you pay for any insurance, it is up to you to handle everything yourself. Staff is not helpful after hounding me for a passcode even though the account holder is with me in person. After a 5 minute phone call with the other account holder, staff finally scanned the ID for the first account holder. They asked specifically for my ID when I could have used her ID this entire time.First I got double charged for a new phone 2 years ago and now this. Please be nicer next time.

This place do not deserve any star! This is a worst place to buy the phone. Dishonest people and irresponsible manager. They lies to customer full hidden cost from AT&T. After you bought a device, you are on your own risk! Want a complaint, they will point you go to AT&T website, did not take responsibility, and claim it was customer mistake.Scammer! Stay away everyone!

My elderly parents went to the store to switch a phone that was ordered by other AT&T store with wrong color. Since my parents don’t speak much English so I had to explain the situation on their phone over a speaker with the store. The manager of the store informed me she can’t waved the restocking fee, I explained that my non English speaking partner wouldn’t know it is wrong color until they open it and called me. She cut me off, then I repeated 3 time that “can I finish talking” then she hanged up on me. After all, my non English speaking parents was being kicked out of the store when they didn’t do or say anything.This discrimination and elderly abuse. I filed complaint against her in the Corp office. I am sure they have cameras that showed what happened in the store and that my elderly parents didn’t say or do anything but being kicked out of the store.Terrible experience and I will make sure to follow up with the AT&T Corp office.

Dalina gets 6 stars!!! I just signed up for fiber internet only because of my trust in Dalina. I had an issue with my new wireless service incentives in the past and she was the only one that took the time to understand the problem and put in the effort to get it resolved. Thank you.

Went in to activate an iPhone that we upgraded (which they did), but then added the extra Asurion protection plan on not just the one they activated but on other phones as well. This was all done without consent or our knowledge of it. I only found out when I got the confirmation emails. Called 611 and even they said it was underhanded and the people in the store probably did it because they get a commission. Cut out this shady practice now.

Today I stepped into the store and was warmly welcomed and acknowledged. I had an issue with my watch, and Malysa was the representative to help me. She was very patient with me and tried every possible way to help me as best as she could. Her manager Jeff also stepped in to help me, making sure I leave the store satisfied, which I always do here. They got my LTE watch set up and working, considering all the issues we had to deal with. I've been with AT&T for almost 4 yrs, and this is my #1 go-to store, because I love the service here.

Been calling the at&t customer service but none of them can resolve our service issues. So we went to nearest at&t store around capitol and tully area and the staff and the manager was excellent they really did a great job just to resolve our concern. I really appreciate their patience and support to us. David and Bao are very professional and especially to the manager Jeff he always checking all the possible ways to resolve my issues. Excellent customer service! Keep it up! You guys are awesome!??? thank you!
