I am a Verizon customer but a couple times they didn’t have the item I needed so I walked in to this AT&T store on Brokaw and they were so helpful and friendly. They made ordering the item easy and efficient. Whenever I came in to the store they greeted with a smile and warm “How can I help you? “

The store's atmosphere could be more inclusive to Chinese customers; Mark, the service person, mentioned my phone displaying a Chinese address, which differs from the American address in English. It would be beneficial for the manager to improve overall service and make customers feel more welcome.Mark's raised voice and apparent frustration, particularly in handling differences between English and Chinese addresses, may create an uncomfortable environment that could be perceived as unwelcoming towards Chinese customers, bordering on a potentially discriminatory experience. It's essential to address such behaviors for a more inclusive atmosphere.

Don't go here, I was given false information. I visited the store when it was poring rain that day. One of the guys here lied about being able to help return a new phone I had just bought. He said he needed "manager credentials" and the store Wi-Fi wasn't working at the moment so he couldn't complete the transaction without it. He told me to return the next day when the manager was in. I was understanding because he made it seem true. I returned the next day and explained what happened to a different worker. The worker explained the guy lied, the guy didn't even need "manager credentials" and he always does this sort of thing to customers because he simply doesn't want to help them. I took time off of work to be able to go to the store to see the "manager" because my 14-day return policy was going to end. Now looking at all the other Yelp reviews makes me now wonder if I need to call AT&T customer service to make sure they didn't screw up my phone plan or over charge me. Never going back again, makes me second think about having AT&T as a service if they condone and allow people to work for them with knowledge the worker is constantly lying to customers to such an extent.

this store open always late.the opening time is 10 am.however they open it 10:30.most worst service.they shoukd respect customer time.i stand there more than 25 minutes.knock the door so many times .but they dont care

We stopped in to add a new line to our existing wireless plan. The store was clean and service was prompt. The associate went above and beyond to help us clear up an issue on our account that was preventing the new line from being added. In the end, we upgraded to a new plan, got a new phone for a Christmas gift, and left happy. Thank you.

I traded in my phone for a new one on Tuesday at this location, but I just received this USED one instead. I never opened the phone because it made me feel bad seeing these “QC passed” stickers on it, as this phone was meant to be a gift for my daughter. As you can see, the phone was tampered with, meaning it is no longer “brand new” as they insisted it to be. I was told to go to several different store locations to do an exchange, and all of them said that I have to pay a $55 restocking fee per “store policy.”Just for comparison, the other Google pixel phone I received did not have these “QC passed” stickers on it, which is why I am so upset with this. Why did I receive a used phone when I asked for a new one, and why do I have to pay $55 just to exchange or even return it when it’s not even my fault that someone clearly opened it before shipping it to me?

Bunch of clowns working here. The manager looks like a slow creature. He makes things up when he doesn't know the answer. He talks and looks so unprofessional. He looks dirty and ungroomed. He talks and I automatically feel like they're scamming me lol definitely bad vibes when I come in this place
