My 3-year-old and I have been to their "adventure hour" where kids can play freely on the gymnastics setup designed for little ones. My son loves it!

Our kids have been at ATA for years — beginner-recreation level through the advanced competitive team. We tried other gyms, but ATA always felt like home for our family. The staff, instructors and coaches care deeply about providing the best experience whatever the participant’s skill level. ATA is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, featuring a great group of positive role models and peers for our kids to engage with. Highly recommended.

I recommend ATA wholeheartedly. My girls love this place. After my experience with another local gym, I can definitely say that ATA is a fantastic place. If someone is looking for a nice atmosphere and visible, quick progress, they will find it at ATA. I guess the only downside is the lack of places in groups, but that also proves something and it's definitely WORTH the wait.

ATA is awesome! I love that they care about my children as people as well as athletes. The levels are clearly defined and progress is rewarded in fun and motivating ways. We have been involved with the morning preschool program, the recreational classes and the competition Acro team. The ATA coaches are fantastic!

My daughter has been here for 9+ years. It’s a great gym for the Acro gymnastics team or recreational. They have great and experienced coaches and instructors. ATA is my daughter’s 2nd home. Love this place!❤️???

This is a place that's inspiring. As you interact with the staff you feel trust, safety for the kids, well being for everyone, joy of living, equilibrium, kindness. We choose to stay with this place because of all this. Special thanks to Ms. Rebecca.

My daughter has been going to ATA since she was 7 years old (she's now 12 years old). She started out at the Blossom Hill facility where the coaches (like Coach Serrell) and staff were outstanding. After Covid she re-started at the Foxworthy facility and is now in Level 4 which she really enjoys since she wanted to push herself and really enjoys the sport. The staff (like Alissa) are great and my daughter enjoys both her coaches and ATA friends. I should mention she started at West Valley Gymnastics (Campbell) when she was 9 months old and was on the competitive team at 6 years old but knew she loved gymnastics but not the competitive part.

My kids are 5 and 2 now, and we LOVE ATA Gymnastics!!! We've been attending their Adventure Hour and classes since my oldest was an infant! There is such a warm, welcoming, family environment here, and the training is top notch. Regardless of whether or not my kids pursue gymnastics beyond the recreational level, I am so thankful for the role ATA has played in these critical foundational physical skills for my kids. I would not hesitate to recommend this gym to my dearest friends!

One of the best Premier gymnastics gyms in Silicon Valley! My kids have been coming to ATA for years, from their old location to their new state of the art gym on Foxworthy and Meridian. Coaches at ATA are able to structure their classes individually for each child focusing on the detailed nuances it takes to perfect gymnastic skills. I would recommend this gym to any parent looking for a phenomenal gymnastic experience for their kids.

We have been with ATA for a year now and I couldn’t speak more highly about them. I was a competitive gymnast my whole childhood and I did NOT want that for my two daughters. ATA offers the ability to learn high level tumbling while remaining fun and recreational. The coaches are amazing. The system of moving up with set goals gives the kids and coaches something to specifically focus on and work towards. You choose the number of days a week you go and most levels are offered most days so this allows it to complement any other activities your kids may be involved in. Facility is clean and well organized. Highly recommend.

I owe a review for this awesome place. My daughter had been a constant face at this studio when it was located on Blossom Hill from 2005 until 2019 or when she was a kindergarten until she went to college outside CA. When she went to a private high school, we moved to a house next to the high school far from ATA. My daughter still insisted to return to ATA every single week instead of moving to a new gym much closer to our new house. At ATA, staff was nice, friendly, and helpful. ATA provided a solid and incredible exercise to build up my daughter's body, flexibility, and athleticism to let her prosper in other sports. It was one of my best decisions to introduce ATA to my daughter's childhood experience. I want to thank ATA staff for their support to my daughter and other children to have wonderful childhood memories. You guys are an asset to our community!

I'll start by saying that we took lessons at the blossom hill location for 2 years, loved it. Recently restarted lessons here for my 2 girls, and did not love it and quit after a few months. For the younger kids, 4-6, they have them in a small room off of the main floor. The tumble track takes up the top half of the square room, the bottom of the square the teachers move and set up the foam ramps and mats for them to cycle through forward rolls, handstands, jumping over a balance beam on the floor, etc. the space is so small (and they at times shared it with another class (meaning our class had 1/4 of the room)). There is not enough space for the kids to be constantly cycling though the activities because of the small space, so the kids are expected to sit on a placeholder frog for a very significant part of the class while the other kids take their turn. (The few times they let multiple kids go though they would get too close and would accidentally kick each other or there would be a backup at one of the stations.)The part I was especially frustrated by, was that I asked to have my 7 year old (who had to be in the 4-6 class with all other absolute beginners) evaluated to go to the next class with kids her age that would actually be a challenge to her, they said she didn't have the skills to move up to level 2 (handstand, cartwheel & 10 steps in bridge walk). As I said earlier she had done lessons for 2 years, and stopped because of Covid closure, so yes her handstand/cartwheel were not good but she had the motion down, like she knew what to do, it just wasn't straight. Here is the kicker. In the level 1 class, they hardly even practiced the skills needed to advance to level 2, you'd maybe get to practice a handstand 3 times total in the class (between other kids turns), or they would be told to do a table and she would do a bridge and they would tell her she wasn't doing what she was supposed to be doing. But she was so bored & not challenged. I pulled both my kids out, put them in a different gymnastics place the following week, my 7 year old climbed to the ceiling on their rope unassisted (at ATA they let them do 1 small swing on it assisted by a teacher after each tumble track run, never climbing it), she's learning balance beam and flipping over bars. She's not goofing off at all, has not once sat on a placeholder while other kids do their turns, her teacher said she's doing "really well" there. Love ATA for their adventure hour, but wasn't a fan of their young child classes in the small side room.
