Turns out I should have read the reviews. The manager here stole my phone according to AT&T "we have no record of you trading in a phone, you should go to the store and ask him" are you serious? So I trade in my phone, pay the remainder balance for the new phone and now when I want to leave AT&T turns out THEY NEVER RECIEVED A TRADE IN?????????? The retention rep told me to go confront the manager at the store about the phone!!!!!!!! AT&T has no accountability and now it turns out customers have to pay for AT&T's poor record keeping and for their employee's stealing. I also was hung up on twice right after asking for them to play back and review our last conversations to prove that they did tell me to go confront the man at the store - why ask for a "call back number" if you are not calling back an unsatisfied customer? I was told over and over and OVER again, "there's no record of a trade in" . AT&T is allowing their employees at stores to take other people's phones and "fake" a trade in in order to have them sign up with them.Please stay away from AT&T. Do NOT trade in phones. Do not sign up with them unless the person helping you can answer all your questions in detail. Please ask for your contract before signing it.

Check your bill, I traded in my old phone and was signed up for two different add on incentives I was never asked nor told about. Even after I told the rep helping me I wanted to make sure my bill wasn’t gonna change drastically. It’s a hassle to remove these things and you will get charged for the full month of a service you never consented to or was aware of.

Worst experience trading in a phone ever. It took over 5.5 hours AFTER I PAID and I had to come back 3 times. I had to demand to speak to a manager because the stores wifi was down and they wouldn’t allow me to take my phone or my trade in home to complete the transfer.Almost 6 hours later I completed the transfer myself. The staff in the store were nice but useless. Complete waste of time.

I think its because i am indian they made us wait 40-45 mins just to talk with us for 1-2 min before telling us we wont be able to buy from thereThey were talking to other customer(white) who wasnt even there to purchase for good 30 mins

Store has the worst service. We walk in and nobody bothers to ask us what we need or how long to wait. Instead the only employee at the store is chatting away with another customer.

David and Amy were awesome representatives! They were very knowledgeable and knew how to help me in every way I needed and knew the answer to every question I had. Not only were they extremely friendly too, but William and Dylan were also very friendly as well. They all are definitely model employees.

They gave me false information and upgraded my plan which resulted in a huge increase in my monthly bill. I went back to the store (twice) to get it resolved but they were not helpful. Store is run by a bunch of irresponsible youngsters who have no respect for your time and take no responsibility for their actions. Considering there are many other AT&T stores in the area, I would highly recommend avoiding this store.
