Easy booking process and smooth communication with Scott via email. The correct bounce house arrived on time and Peter was friendly and efficient. The kids enjoyed it and pick up was super prompt and quick too. Will definitely use again in the future. Party planning can be a lot, so it's very helpful when things are made easy and go smoothly. We had Astro Jump for my 2 daughters bday party. The entire process was very easy and Scott, the owner was available to answer all my questions from start to end. Astro Jump is one of the 2 companies that are San Jose City's approved vendors. They were punctual, great communication and very organized. Scott has definitely found a loyal customer in us.

I'm a first-time renter of a bounce house, and I was unsure about which one to choose. So, I reached out to Scott, who patiently provided me with price quotes for each product and explained their styles. The quoting process was straightforward and transparent. When Peter arrived, he displayed a positive attitude and efficiently set up everything while accommodating our surroundings. Overall, my experience booking with Astrojump was extremely pleasant.

We recently rented a jump house for my daughter’s birthday party and it was such a hit! It was very easy working with Scott and it was hassle free. I like how they were on time and the jump house was also super clean! We will definitely be renting out from Astro Jump again!

We used Astro Jump for our preschool water play day and rented one of the inflatable water slides. The whole process was seamless from booking, to set up and tear down. The slide was very clean, in good condition, and the kids had an absolute blast! I appreciated that they showed up early before our event too. Would recommend them highly!

Wonderful team to work with for your party needs! Scott and his team are super easy to work with for our community events. The bounce house is a great way to draw attention and host a fun activity for the kids :) They're professional and thorough with the safety requirements for each structure.

Rented an inflatable water slide for a weekend party. Called and spoke to Scott the week of the party and they still had lots of choices. He even steered us in a better direction from our original choice to give better service and safety to our 3+ year old guests. They were very prompt with their delivery and pick-up services. Peter who delivered/set up/picked up the inflatable was very personable and a joy work with. Would rent from again.

Astro Jump is AMAZING! We had a fundraising event and Scott spent so much time helping me figure out the best items to have based on the group coming. He was so much fun to work with! All of the items included a bounce house, the soccer game, giant connect four, and a snow cone machine and everyone had so much fun at each. We were thrilled not only with the care taken in booking the items but just how much fun everyone had. We will definitely be booking with them again!

Our School rented a huge slide, bouncy house and cotton candy machine from Astro Jump. It was the BEST day ever for our students. Scott was friendly, helpful and accommodating with our schedule in order for us to have the equipment on the day of. I highly recommend Astro Jump. A reliable company you can trust for your event.

All of the inflatables provided endless fun for everyone involved. The setup process was hassle-free and very accommodating. All the kids had so much fun they did not want to leave. Highly recommended for an exciting and unforgettable experience!

Needed a bouncy castle at short notice and staff incredibly helpful choosing the right one for our 10yr olds birthday party. So easy. They came, set it up, came back and removed and very competitive pricing. Would recommend for anyone and will book again!

I will absolutely use Astro Jump moving forward for our party needs - from start to finish, the process was seamless, excellent customer service - it was just great. You get a quote online first and then have the option to lock it in by purchasing and it gives you options for payment, which is always nice. I received an email a few days before my event, confirming details which was awesome because that is always a checklist item when you are thinking about events, and they did it for me, so grateful one less thing to worry about! The day of our event, the gentleman was on-time as stated in the confirmation email (about 45 minutes to an hour before our event). It was setup and running quickly, it was clean and inviting for the kids. We rented the game Connect Four too - that turned out to be a fun addition. The kids loved it! The same gentleman returned about 30 minutes after our event ended, which was perfect because I needed an excuse to get the kids OUT of the bouncy house - they literally bounced for 3 hours straight! The whole thing could not have been more perfect! Oh the last point, there aren't a lot of companies that have permits to setup in the parks, Astro Jump did, which is awesome, again, one less hassle and it does feel good knowing they go the extra mile to register with the city. Highly recommend Astro Jump!

Astro Jump of San Jose did a great job providing a bouncy house at my son's birthday party. Scott was responsive, helpful and flexible. Peter who delivered the bouncy house was great - communicative, gave us advice about where to set it up, was on time and professional. I would recommend them and would use them again in the future.

We had such a great experience with Astro Jumps. They went out of their way and BEYOND to make sure our special day went great without any hiccups. I had to change the drop off time for the jumper at the last minute. The owner Scott made it happen! Thanks Scott/Astro Jump!Will definitely do business with them again for sure!
