Very dissapointed in the look and feel. It was so messy and disorganized. Trash everywhere, clothes on the floor and over the racks, empty hangers everywhere. Two employees there doing nothing.

My brother recommended me this store and it was great . They had a lot of items and the customer service was great with Jason , another guy who I couldn’t get the name of and Chelsea being very helpful. I recommend to anyone who is a huge soccer fan as they have great jerseys and great jackets .

I recently bought cleats from this store. When I went in, the customer service was alright, buy one lady was super helpful and nice. I got a pair of leather cleats that as a person who buys boots all the time knows has good durability. However, after I wore the boots I bought from them once that very day, I already saw a tear on the upper, as small strips of the top layer was peeling off. I also saw some sole separation from the upper. This was really unusual because no one online as well as reputable reviewers discussed this issue and often said the durability of this boot was one of its best attributes. I also played both times on natural grass which really indicates that something is wrong with the boot itself. I spent around 230 bucks so I expected something better. They dont have a return policy which is something that customers should note and something I should have looked at (not the fault of the store). However the no return policy along with the quality of boots after one use on grass makes me feel like the store either does not care for the boots, especially leather boots whose durability can be altered by leaving the outside in the heat, or they sell shoes that are not reputable. Either way I recommend buying from Nike, Adidas, Puma etc.. or Soccer Pro in San Jose. Personally I would steer clear of this store if you don't wanna lose money on poor quality products.

I remember this coming to this store as a kid with my dad & he bought me my first pair of soccer cleats here way back then. I decided to do the same for my son, we came in around 1pm today and I was very disappointed at the lack of customer service this place had. Sure we were greeted when we walked into the store initially but after walking around looking at cleats & gear in the store no one associate approached us for help. Unfortunately after 5-10mins of no customer service we decided to take our business else where. While walking out of the store I over heard someone ( who seemed like a causal customer) who was sitting down on a chair with his bike ask one of the workers if they asked us if we needed any help. By that time my son & I were outside of the store already then we heard a gentleman ask us if we needed any help inside the store. I just responded with “No we didn’t need any help”. What should’ve been a nostalgic experience for myself ended up being a disappointing experience. Will not be coming back to this store & rather spend my hard earned money somewhere else.

I was here yesterday to buy soccer cleats. Good store, lot of options. Staff is friendly and helped me find the right size with the color my daughter was looking for. Good experience shopping here

Need to update this Yelp page. I had been here a couple times before for badminton equipment and really liked it here. Went today to look for some bags and learned they no longer carry badminton stuff. :(
