“Amazing art store with great positive vibes!Art expertise with kind hearted service was an awesome experience. Definitely my go to art stores as a creator and designer!Selecting the right tools and paint for art and crafts is easier when talking to kind hearted experts like in Work of Heart.I was looking for markers and ballpens for fabric to signature clothes and I found what I was looking for because of an amazing expertise of the products the expert at the store.The signature fabric ballpens should be part of every celebrity bag tools so they could write signatures to the clothes and caps of their fans and the clothes also could be washed without signature fading off.I was also looking for some calligraphy pens and there was a wide range of different products to create beautiful calligraphy art and designs.There was also variety of products for other crafts, paper, cartong, etc.Thanks for an amazing service experience!God Bless ??☀️? ?️With Love,Joanna”

“Enchantingly overwhelming! As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was falling under a spell. I was completely dazed by the extensive number and variety of items for sale. The journals alone were worth the visit, but then there is every type of pen, ink, and accessories that you could imagine. I grabbed a few pens to try and emerged back into Santana Row wondering just how soon I could come back.”

“This is the Joanns that I always attend and I always feel as though the staff does a great job with their customer service. I was in the store on 6/3 and there were only two employees in the entire store (this was at 2pm in the middle of the day). When I went to pull a number to have my fabric cut, there were 11 people in front of me. I have never had to wait this long to have fabric cut. Patricia was helping all of the customers with their fabric, as well as answering customer service calls, and assisting people with online orders. She was doing such a great job at being attentive to her cutting and measuring, while also being efficient and quick to move the customers along. It is really disappointing to that management or whoever does scheduling would leave their employees in this situation. By the time I went to the check out line, the line was again, longer than usual, and Patricia had ran over (literally moving so fast) to start assisting people to check out. This Joanns location is very lucky to have employees like Patricia. She is the reason for the 5 star review. Otherwise I would have given 0 stars for the low staffing and the heightened time that I had to wait to simply buy one cut of fabric. I am not sure that I will be returning to this location, as I do not have the time to wait and see if their management decides to fully staff the store.”
