I have had Art Holland as my insurance agent for somewhere north of 30 years. He and his staff have always been knowledgeable, attentive, and extremely friendly as well. They have quickly and patiently handled any of our inquiries along this journey.
We are so happy with the service he and his team provides that when we moved hours north of the Bay Area, we still retained Art as our agent for our new home and our automobiles. After this many years, the relationship is still valued by us, and I can tell it is valued by Art and his team as well.

I have been with Art for many years. He and his staff are so friendly and helpful every time I call. Whether it is about billing, what to do after an accident or just to look at options; the staff goes above and beyond. The last time I called, I spoke to Maria, who was so warm and kind. We spoke for quite a while, and I never felt rushed or that I was a bother. I wish I received this kind of service from all the companies that I deal with!
