Bad customer service and inexperienced staff. They double-charged my card twice and wouldn't refund me. Instead, they told me to refute the charge with my bank, which took valuable time out of my day. They said the additional charge never showed up in their system, but it clearly showed up on my CC statements. It was thousands of dollars, and now it will take, at best, 90 days to get the money back.

Arc'teryx is amazing! I have been wearing their brand for over 18 years and have never been disappointed with their apparel. They have the best customer service around...detailed, on the ball, speedy responses, efficient, easy to work with, and more. Their brand is expensive, but worth every penny. The Arc'teryx store on Santana Row is excellent. Their workers are helpful and kind. Their store is well stocked and they are willing to go the extra mile to serve you and meet your needs. I worked with Marianne to buy a jacket and she ensured that I got exactly what I was hoping for in the right color and size for me. I walked away happy and will certainly go back for more!

I haven't bought anything here yet (I wear a lot of performance Arc'teryx gear already) but I probably will. Staff are well trained and attentive, pretty typical of most Arc'teryx boutiques I've been into. They even have some Arc'teryx fashion/urban wear too. I'm glad this place is close by.

I went in looking for a new Atom lightweight jacket, specifically in the new pink color. The employees were incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. They informed me of the differences between the lightweight and heavyweight Atom jackets and it’s definitely going to help me with a future purchase

Went in with a pair of ripped pants I had issues with customer service with, Reese helped resubmit my forms and made sure they were going to be taken care of this time and was extremely apologetic about customer services not working out for me the first time around, the rest of the employees were very knowledgeable in the gear they were selling and set me up with a fix for my ripped pants. While I was trying gear on they repaired my girlfriends arcteryx hoodie that’s lasted her years for free. These employees didn’t need to be “athletes” as said below, they knew their gear regardless.

Dropped in to look at this store the staff is quite friendly but found that popular jackets have limited sizes and colors. Staff is knowledgeable and provides great recommendations for their apparel. Great apparel for men or women.

This store is actually mediocre. The staff are nice but they're not athletes. If you're looking for actual Arc'teryx outdoor and climbing gear you should order it online instead. I went in looking for a pullover fleece specifically for climbing and I said I didn't want zippers or a shell. The guy on staff immediately forgot what I said and pointed me towards goretex shells. So that told me that the staff here don't go rock climbing and don't go outside. This store is really here for people buying casual city clothing. If I went into the local REI in Saratoga the staff there actually go hiking, mountain biking, climbing, and can make good recommendations on outdoor gear.

The service here is the best out of all the 7 or 8 locations that I have visited across the country try. Take some time to get the right size and style for your jacket.

I've purchased two jackets here on two separate occasions. I will say that they don't go out of their way to approach you first for help however if you have a question and approach them I find they're helpful. I come here to buy colors I can't get from the REI store. They also have a really cute doggy wall for pups that visit!

Excellent customer experience, I came to ask if there was anything I could do for my Wife’s ripped jacket. Reece walked me through the repair process in store without hesitation. Great to speak to employees that clearly know what they are talking about. Would highly recommend visiting this store if you have any questions on their products as they know their stuff!!
