“A treasure trove of curiosities from a slower time can help make a home unique. Their artful window displays will draw you in! They open late and are closed Mondays. I hope you find your one of kind here too!”
“This store contains great vintage furniture and home decor. It’s nothing like sorting through the Goodwill home goods section. As for the pricing, it’s a bit high but I can tell it’s worth it. There were several items that I would shell out $$$ for. I will return after some time to see what new pieces they have.”
“I visit Antiques Colony at least once every other month. I'd visit every week provided I had the time, but I don't. This huge building is smartly thought out. Many different sellers have creative spaces. With so much to see I usually visit with a short list of items I'm looking to buy. Even if I don't find what I'm looking for, one of the dealers will offer information where it might be found. Sellers are the very best in information, just ask. The spaces are usually planned out well, but there are a few so full of merchandise it's a little difficult getting around But this is rare, the owners are excellent in a clean store, plus they are pleasant to talk to. There is usually one on the premises during store hours. Antiques Colony has a website with easy access. Spend a few hours or all day shopping, I promise you will ENJOY the visit.”

“I was moving out of the area and I had 20 years worth of antique items that I loved but could not take with me. I met Carol at the Alameda Antique Fair and later visited her store to see if I could consign my collection. This was in 2019. Over the years, I've received several consignment checks for items she's sold for me. Today, February 6, 2023, I received another check. I am amazed at Carol's honesty. She told me when I left my things with her that she would pay me my share no matter how long it took to sell them and she is true to her word. I think anyone else would not have done so. Hats off to Carol and her wonderful store. She's my hero!”

“Lots of old timey (looked to be mostly from the 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s) stuff here, mostly jewelry, tools, and household goods but also appliances, books, and toys. Friendly staff, street parking, mask required.”
“The ladies were friendly and knowledgeable. I found two vintage cut-glass glasses and a metal carnival horse. They had this cute purse made out of cork. I'm a wine drinker so I thought it was so cute. I want to make my own some day.”

“American Precious Metals is a great place. I have gone here since I was a teen. Every time I have pawned or sold or purchased, I learned something new. The Dad was awesome, and so is the son. It's part of San Jose American Precious Metals”
“Nice spot for watching movies, staff is kinda lazy and talk really low and lazy. They don’t give good direction when it comes to sending you to certain screens”
“We stumbled upon this lovely antique store while thrifting around town, and what a gem it is! Owned by Tony for 30 years, and he is a joy to be around with his lovely smile and welcoming personality.
If you enjoy looking at antiques, from vintage cameras to WWII memorabilia and photos, this is a great place to look around. Tony is very knowledgable about the items in his shop, and it is always a pleasure supporting a local business.
Definitely recommend this spot! Check it out before he decides to close up shop. Thank you, Tony! You look marvelous in that Stetson! ?”
