I went to this store as I was told they buy jade jewelry. I had a vintage piece for them to look at. The lady behind the counter was not friendly at all. It did not bother me that she didn't want to buy the piece. What bothered me was when I asked to look at a piece of their jewelry I was told it wasn't for sale and that nothing in the store was for sale.Why are they even in business then?I do not care for prejudice people. Just because I am a Caucasian and not Asian I get treated that way.Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this store to anyone.I will never set foot in there again.

Anne's Jade Jewelry is one of the many jade jewelers in Grand Century. Compared to the other jewelers in the vicinity, Anne's is the smallest and carries the least number of jade pieces. Her store isn't listed on the GIA website but I can confirm that her jade is authentic. She carries grades A - C jade. I came to Anne's about 3 weeks ago to look at her jade pendants. My sister and I were interested in a couple of pieces and she was very helpful and patient when we asked to look at different ones. Ultimately, I decided to pass on the purchase that day because I wanted to "sleep on it." She got the feeling that I thought it was too expensive for me and proceeded to show me grade C jades. I told her that I wanted to think about it because I didn't want to regret the purchase. She understood. Fast forward 3 weeks later, I'm back, and ready to purchase. She seemed to have remembered me. I pointed at the same Guan Yin jade I had looked at 3 weeks ago and asked her the price to confirm. She had quoted me $150 MORE than what she quoted 3 weeks ago. I asked if these were the same pieces as the last time and she said, yes. I tried to tell her that she had quoted me less the last time but she dismissed what I said and proceeded to show me grade C jade lol.... I left shortly after. Anne is nice and friendly. I thanked her for her time with me. Her jade pendants are beautiful, although the prices aren't consistent. Her jewelry store is one of the first ones upon entering Grand Century. Make sure you check out the others before you make your final decision. :)

The lady in the store was very nice and accommodating. She did give me a nice ribbing for not fitting the men's size rings and needed the woman's style for my slender fingers. Lol. Always good when a nice older lady makes fun of you! Good experience and would go here again.

This place had the most beautiful pieces out of all the stores in the mall! The owner was very sweet and honest. I was very satisfied with their service. Two thumbs up!
