Great pet shop and service. The store is Clean. This has been a part of San Jose history for many years. they moved from Alameda.

amazing customer service and SUPER big selection!! ive been fond of this place for years. theyve moved from the alameda but its such a great place for anything you might need. we needed some light decoration for our small spider and had a lot to look at. I also found out mother wanted to help her neighborhood and neuter some of the fellow cats around that she cares actively for; they even rent traps to gently and safely do so!! lovely to see a shop like this

This place was paradise before, I haven't been there lately. Place was the heart of San Jose, pets wise. I could tell it was so clean and the employees treated everyone kinda like mr rodgers neighborhood feel..hope it keeps going for long time. Great alternative to the other Supermarkets.

I have been coming here for years and the only place I will go too. I have an aquatic turtle and will only eat the super worms from this place, have to make the diva happy.

Lisa and another male staff were very kind and helpful. Comparing to big name store, this place has more selection for small pets owners. They have the ‘snack bar’ for rabbits and Guinea pigs. Also have other safe toys to offer. I will be coming back for sure!

Good pet store that's close to me so I often go to Andy's pet store. Pleasant sales people and a good mom n pops shop.The only complaint I have is they always run out of stock . Aka DUBIA roaches. It would take a week or longer to get there shipment in so I have to go elsewhere. I would rather support local businesses than big box retailers.

I got my chihuahua mix in 2011 when it was downtown. My dog is kind of a finicky eater and I finally got her to eat fresh pet in the rolls but every where else they are all sold out. A really nice Lady took my name and number and ordered some for me. She said they will call me on Thursday. Perfect because I just have enough food to last. They will let me order every week or month now so I will never run out and I don’t have to pay the high delivery fee I was paying. They are soNice at Andy’s she gave my dog a treat while we were talking

Pictures. Pictures, Pictures, very generic.Example Bird Cages: Dimensions and prices,Regular,Sales,and Used.Personal Being a Senior Raised up Animal lover from family involved in Ranches back in the early days of San Mateo,Burlingame from Mid 17XX'S 18xx's early 1900's our families were some of the Originals.To Me it's being lazy and falling short on your marketing end aka: Web page and Don't make excuses or waist peoples time when they can get general ideas and info. Hopefully you will take this to heart adding a menu with labels,pictures and prices New ,Used and Sales.Please keep in mind, many of us do NOT want our personal info. out their, meaning emails , Have a Great week, B safe and looking forward to making good changes and NOT excuses.

Support Andy's over petsmart or petco. Their selection is amazing and can be cheaper! They geniuenly care about animals, and deserve all the recognition. My go-to place for hay and toys

I needed some mice for my pet Milksnake, so I stopped in today for the first time. They only have frozen mice, but that is okay. My snake usually eats them once they are thawed and warmed up. I purchased six fuzzies and they were packaged individually, which made it very easy and convenient. I have not seen that at any of the other pet stores I have visited. The lady, perhaps the owner, was very nice and helpful. Easy parking and I was in and out with nary a bother. I will be coming back next month for more. Thanks Andy's Pet Store!

10/10 independently owned small pet store. This is THE PLACE to get hay. $1 a pound hay deals, like, are you kidding me?! Love this place.
