ampm lacks professionalism in every aspect. The staff is rude and unhelpful, showing no regard for customer satisfaction. The store is poorly maintained, with dirty floors and disorganized shelves, making it a disappointing shopping experience.

This location is trash. The employees running it close the chain the doors closed at night. This store is not 24hrs and they are clearly breaking corporate policy. Fire the staff and bring on a new one that adheres to the company model.

Isn't this place supposed to be open 24 hours a day? Swung around last night at 11:45 (midnight ice coffee craving) Store clerk puts a sign on the door (closed for cleaning ) I tried to open the door to make sure, keep in mind the light is on making the place look like it's open. Store clerk is mopping and I'm thinking he will reopen when he's done. He sees me and doesn't say anything. I figured it was because that meant he would open when he's done, 30 minutes go by he's done mopping and doesn't reopen the store. I'm not giving it one star because it's closed, I'm giving the store one store because he saw me wait and didn't have the courtesy to say anything. My three year old brother communicates better then him.

Do NOT give this location your business. Ever since the start of the pandemic two years ago, not only have virtually all the employees here failed to wear masks, they have failed to enforce the mask mandate concerning customers as well. To make matters worse, they also fail to observe food handling guidelines as well as basic hygiene - this has ranged from coughing/sneezing without covering their face, to constantly rubbing/touching their mouth and nose. This isn't even touching on employee rudeness - they often spend their time on the phone, and during my experience around them, will overcharge you on products ostensibly offered at a deal (i.e. 2 for $4), and give you gruff if you so much as spill a drop of soda. I'e personally attempted to contact AM PM to complain, but nothing has come of it. This location deserves their bad reviews, and as long as this continues, not only will I personally not give them my business, but will encourage others not to as well. Again, do NOT give this location your business!

"Open 24 hours" my a*** I've stopped here at 11pm multiple times and all pumps are closed and there's a sign that says "will be open 12:05". And it's hand written. So it's basically when the workers decide to not work. And the guys that work here are always talking on their phone when ringing people up. It's Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I'd give this ampm zero stars if i could.

I would put zero stars if i could. I am trying to reach out to the highest head of corporate or whomever os in chathe of this location. I habe been coming here for 4 years. I habr had zerp issues until rwcently with the New employees . one ofr the employees (darker male older with glasses . not to be mistaken for the one with white hair, howeber i have a complaint on him as well. ) forst off one of the employees (maybe early/mid 3rd) asked to give me oral sex in thw restroom and he proceede to grab my toosh!!!!!! This id in acceptable! They other dark old with glasses accuses my boyfriend of stealing all of the time. He has never taken a tbing from them in his life! Another old glasses with white hair will stamd next to me ad I just the atm. This was never an issue with the old owners. I sm looking forward to raking you to court. I have evidence in video is thE sexual harassment. If suggest you reach out to me before i speak with a law official.

I went here to get gas today. I used the machine outside to pay for my gas because I thought it would be CONVENIENT. I put in $40, however, the machine only registered me putting in $20 so I complained to the employee at the register inside who said I should talk to his boss- so I told HIM what happened, and he laughed at me!!! And said there was no way that could happen. Great! So now he's implying that I'm a liar. Well, guess what... another customer told his employee the same thing while I was in ear shot...(He pretended that i didn't hear it) which infuriated me even more. I told him that obviously I'm not lying and that I wanted the other $20 dollars of gas that I paid for! He wouldn't give it to me nor would he put an out of order sign on the machine. Do not get gas here! Unbelievable and inexcusable customer service! Go here only if you want to be ripped off!!!
