Great selection, excellent service! This is my go to spot for patio furniture. I never feel like the staff is being pushy, which I hate at other stores. They also have a great selection of USA made products, which I love! HIghly recommended!

Wow, it's great to find a local store that is super helpful and friendly! I was able to try out the pool chairs I was interested in (and not end up with some Internet Surprise), and Kenneth was extremely knowledgeable and offered us several great suggestions that even included products from other stores. We went to two other places to be sure this is exactly what we wanted, then called and ordered them. They were in stock at their Santa Cruz location (about 30 minutes away), and they delivered them two days later. We opted for the white glove delivery, they provided a delivery window, called 30 minutes ahead, set everything up and took away all the packing materials. These days when anything you order takes 8-12 weeks to arrive, coming from who knows where, it was so nice to shop local and have the items delivered two days later. Everythingwas perfect!

An overdue review. Bought a large amount of patio furniture some years ago that included representations as to warranties for cushion covers. When they deteriorated and were returned to the store, all of a sudden everything we had been told was forgotten and the initial response was to question whether we were telling the truth about actually purchasing the items at the store. Very frustrating. The offer was to give a "discount" to recover the cushions. The price was outrageous, so we passed. The staff here, to echo others who have mentioned it, is "low energy." Lots of standing behind the counter with an indifferent attitude. Go elsewhere.

Neat, staff was nice. The floorspace is a bit crowded in my opinion, but they do their best with the limited square footage. Nice place and I got some ideas for a potential purchase in the future.

Wife and I went in to the store earlier today. One woman was behind the counter and another was sitting on an outdoor sofa talking loudly on her cell phone. She could be heard throughout the store. We walked the entire store, looked at tables and prices but were completely ignored. Needless to say, we left. Don't bother with these people.

Went in there after businesses opened after shelter in place open to buy a new patio table. Got there when it opened no one else was in the store but the lady working there did not say hello, she did not look up, she gave us one word answers it was like she was totally uninterested that we were shopping to buy a table so we left. If you can't have customer service why are you in business. We did buy a patio table that day just not from them so they lost a sale just for their bad customer service

Came in to buy a patio set that we have previously seen at this store and also a at another retailer. After asking for a quote the price was a few hundred dollars less than the competition. My partner asked the sales guy about the floor model of the chair we were planning on buying because it was creaking quite a bit and we wondered if that was just be it was a display model. No one wants to spend thousands on a creaky chair! The sale guy was less than helpful and made a crack about how if my partner wasn't overweight it wouldn't be creaking. After interacting with the sales guy and be insulted we chose to just leave and buy elsewhere. He lost our business now and in the future for sure.

Thank you American leisure!!!!!!! I just recently moved to San Jose and needed some new Patio furniture. I stopped by American Leisure and was met by their friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was able to figure out what furniture I needed due to the help of the great costumer service and knowledge of the salesman. I walked out with a new patio set at great price!!! Thank you I will definitely be back!!!
