40 minutes waiting time. It’s a waste of time and effort. Very low staff for such a big store . Cheap but to much to wait few customers are walk out away .

Don't buy water heaters there. They won't back up the product they're selling. Manufacturer is a nightmare to deal with and you have to pay for a plumber to look at the unit.

First of all, Take A Ticket..If not busy, either way these guys are very helpful and knowledgeable... This place has a large selection of electrical and plumbing needs for your business. You can can get lost looking around the not to tidy and very low lighting hallways..be careful but enjoy.. Overall AA is the place for those larger size parts and hardware, not found at HD or LWS...

If you like long lines and understaffed places with poor customer service this is your place. I've tried stopping in on three separate occasions and every time was no different. I won't waste my time trying to shop here anymore. They do have a big selection of parts if you can afford to spend half your day waiting to pay for it.

They have good supply , but be aware !!!!! They don't honor return policy , they will find a way to make it imposible to return , have some breakers that electrician tried on and were put it right back on boxes, they stated that were used and cant return it , sometimes you get what you pay for I guess
