40 minutes waiting time. It’s a waste of time and effort. Very low staff for such a big store . Cheap but to much to wait few customers are walk out away .

It's too late... the customer service at this place is very bad... I'm disappointed in this place... the men behind the counter are really idiots... they skip numbers and have more preference with their own same breed… That is not fair…

Don't buy water heaters there. They won't back up the product they're selling. Manufacturer is a nightmare to deal with and you have to pay for a plumber to look at the unit.

First of all, Take A Ticket..If not busy, either way these guys are very helpful and knowledgeable... This place has a large selection of electrical and plumbing needs for your business. You can can get lost looking around the not to tidy and very low lighting hallways..be careful but enjoy.. Overall AA is the place for those larger size parts and hardware, not found at HD or LWS...
