I usually drive 2 hours every acouple of months to get supplies and the man in the front which I believe is patrick is always so nice and helpful and I spend about 900 dollars the least ive spent is about 600 and I have noticed that some clippers battery life dont last that long so this time I bought a haul spent 876 and when I charged the clippers for the reccomened time before my first use I noticed they didnt sound right when I turned them on so I just set them aside not using them at all. And 3 days later I came back to the store and I believe the owner steve came greeting me all nice until I told him about my complaint I just wanted some clippers that werent defected and his whole attitude changed as if I did something wrong I havent used the clippers what so ever but as a vet barber u know how clippers are suppose to sound and he started saying they dont do exchanges refunds becausse ppl be switching things out all aggresive as he was talkin and as a honest person I work hard for what I buy and if I spend 200+ on some clippers I expect them to work every beauty supply store exchanges or returns them as long as theyre not used instead I get horrible customer service from the owner when he can clearly see that my clippers were new I was even willing to open them up for he can see if u know about clippers u know how they are new how the inside would look but still was getting treated like I was a thief smh steve im sorry to say but I will no longer go to this store. Ppl plz charge your clippers and test them before walking out because the owner does not care as soon as u walk out.the owner should take into consideration how long those clippers and trimmers sit in the shelves so ofc some batteries are going to be defective

This store has anything you need from supplies to tools , i come here every few weeks to re up or to upgrade my machines and i never fail to leave with a smile on my face , really a toy store for barbers and the prices are really good, definitely recommend swinging by

Brought two clippers in for the recall for style craft and got my clippers the next day and they work like new!!!! Awesome spot to get supplies for barbering and also they are fast quick and easy to talk to!!

I used to be a regular at this establishment, but today was my first visit after a break. With 24 years of experience in the industry, I have a preference for corded clippers over cordless. However, the person I spoke to informed me that everything is going cordless and nothing is made corded anymore. I had done my research before visiting the store and knew that brand made both types of clippers. I typically prefer to support small shops over online retailers, but the patronizing tone of the employee has left a bad impression on me, and I will not be returning.

my friend recommended me to go here.. I was looking for wahl detailer and they had the new combo black edition I really wanted the trimmer but not the magic clips.. so Steve hooked me up and opened the box and sold me the trimmers! so I called my boy and told him my story... he bought the magic clips the later that day EVERYONE WINS AND EVERYONE GETS WHAT THEY WANT ???

I think honestly their disrespectful and discriminate. I went here to buy a case for my clippers and they said it was only for professionals but i'm the only person he told that too. I find it rude how he assumed that i don't have a license before speaking. He didn't mention it to anyone else but me.
