Henry always listens to what I am telling him when I explain what's wrong with my car. He finds the problem right away and calls me back with a reasonable quote and asks me if it's ok to move forward with the repairs or not. Never had any issues with him. Very kind and does the job quickly. Thank you.

Been coming here for decades now. Henry is the consummate professional. He'll give it to you straight, even if it's bad news. Always reasonable and never any pressure. He's always got several people waiting for his gates to open every morning. If you're looking for that one guy to be your go-to mechanic you can't get much better than Henry and his crew at Alpha Auto Repair.

The customer service agent or the dispatcher was too quick to determine If I was going to use their service or not, And I honestly feel like he situated me accordingly. Though he did provide me with a link to book an appointment (While "suggesting" that I should book an appointment ASAP if I want to get service today), I felt like I would have received a different level of customer service had he knew or felt for sure that I was going to use their service. Just my honest opinion.
