Placed order April 4th. Was called within a few days to verify the order and give permission for the order to be charged to my credit card. On May 4th, no product. I sent an e-mail asking for an update. Was told it would be shipped June 4th - 5th. E-mailed today, June 24th. Asked for the order to be cancelled if it had not yet been shipped. Order cancelled. Customer service was okay, quick replies and friendly. I'm very dissatisfied with my experience though. If an order is going to take this long to fulfill, at least keep me in the loop. Would not recommend to anyone.
