My review is 0 stars. Buyer beware, this place is a fraud/scam. We went into the store to inquire about a couple of high-end Italian leather dining chairs which the website advertised. Larry Tran confirmed he could order the chairs but asked for payment in full before ordering. We paid him and he confirmed order was placed and said it would take 12-16 weeks to get. We checked with him at 12 weeks, then again at 16 weeks and he kept saying our order has not shipped yet. We kept chasing him and at the end of December we finally asked for our money back. Larry said to give him a couple more days. After a couple days Larry called and said the chairs are arriving the following Wednesday. We then never heard back from him again. We called him over 20 times and he did not pick up the phone, and we sent more than a dozen text messages with no replies. We emailed the customer service website and no replies. We visited the store again on a Saturday during store hours and saw that the gate was bolted and parking lot was empty. If you were scammed by Larry Tran/All World Furniture, you can file a complaint with the Santa Clara District Attorney's office and/or the California Attorney General.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE/WEBSITE!!!! The owner Larry Tran is the absolute worst con artist I ever dealt with! He promised me delivery of barstools that I had ordered left him over a dozen messages was supposed to receive the barstools three weeks ago and I'm still waiting. Finally I had to dispute the order on my credit card because he would not return my phone calls...so upsetting!! Not to mention extremely bad business experience. Do yourself a favor and never purchase from this store doesn't answer the phone very disreputable

Worst service experience ever! I ordered a set of two chairs on Oct 1, 2023 and paid for them in full. After several weeks, I reached out via email to know when they would be delivered. Left voice message despite a recording that said messages wouldn't be returned (not great customer service!). Finally heard from Larry after I suggested filing a complaint with the BBB, and he promised to refund my money. Still waiting for the refund weeks later and no response to my emails. Very disappointing and would never recommend.

The store is nice, but I wasn't able to get help from the employees while I was there. I went elsewhere after waiting 20-30 minutes for help.

Entrance was a bit hard to find with Google Maps. It's on Stockton Avenue.There is a parking lot right by the entrance of the show room so no need to park on Stockton Avenue.It's a fairly large place. I would say most unique place for chairs.Has a bathroom as well.

I had this business as a second choice. I am glad that I went here first. Larry Tran was patient and listened. He promised to have my choice of a storage bed to be delivered on a Friday. Probably not his fault that the truck stalled in Sacramento and was promised on the next Tuesday. It arrived as promised and the delivery guys installed the bed to my satisfaction.

Owner is full of lies. DO NOT buy from here. I came here looking for a new sectional couch and found one that I liked but wanted a different color. The owner Larry told me to order another color it would take a "long long time 8+ months" but said he had a brand new model in the same color as the floor model and that he could deliver it to me the next day. I asked how he's able to get a new one so quick and he said they're driving it up from Southern California. I thought that was strange, but he reassured me the one they would deliver would be new. The next day the couches arrived but none of the pieces were in boxes, it was wrapped in tarps. I asked the delivery guy if this was the floor model and he said it's not. I tested the recliners and left arm recliner had a weird clicking noise that the right recliner didn't so I told Larry and he said he said he'll get it fixed right away. Next day I kept thinking that the one he delivered was the floor model so I went back to the store and of course, the floor model was gone. I asked Larry if he sold me the floor model because it's not here and he said he miraculously sold it to someone else after I left yesterday.. that's a lie. I told him we want him to send us a brand new set in the original box and at first he said he would swap out the piece that had a weird clicking noise, but I said no I want a new whole set so he said he'd deliver it the following Tuesday. When they came Tuesday, all the pieces came in the original manufactured boxes. It was set up and after testing it, the right arm recliner was making the same clicking noise. I told Larry and he instantly blew up on me saying he went above and beyond and what else more do you want?? Umm maybe a couch that works properly? I couldn't believe how he could yell like that at a customer that just spent $6,500 at his store? I was shocked! He kept going off and wouldn't even let me get a word in! He said I should take the piece from the old set that didn't make the noise and swap out the new one. Why would I do that? That's the floor model that he kept denying wasn't the floor model. Then he said he has no more pieces left to deliver anyways. So why wouldn't he just contact the manufacturer and order it?? He then abruptly said "I'll call you back". He called back with a different tone, and calmly said he contacted the manufacturer and that they will deliver a new replacement piece in a few days. After a night of thinking about this whole disaster, he's not trustworthy and if this is how he treats customers I don't trust he will help in the future if anything goes wrong with the couches. I told him I wanted to return it since his website clearly states that they will accept returns within 30 days of delivery and the receipt didn't days no returns or final sale. He replied and said there's no returns. I cut and paste the return policy from his website and he said he doesn't know all the details of the website because it's from the previous owner (Larry's been the owner for the past few years) and then he said that policy only applies to online orders. I cut and paste the CA law to remind him that if he doesn't post a no return policy then he has to accept the return. I will report his unlawful business practice to the state board.

Paid for furniture. Owner promised delivery. When furniture didn’t arrive, he promised me my money back. He has not refunded my money. Now hangs up on my calls. I’m forced to involve the police and attorneys.DO NOT BUY FROM HIM. nice guy until HES NOT.He has been dishonest with me from the beginning and anyone reading this should NOT buy anything from him

Great experience bought some really nice chairs there was a little confusion on the order but they stepped in and fixed everything and made it right definitely would suggest giving them a shot for your furniture needs. 100 percent satisfied. Definitely will use them again Had a great shopping experience!

I would give zero rating to this business and the owner. I had purchased King bed and matching two side tables in May 2021. The sales guy at store gave me a deal which the owner did not agree but by then the transaction was already done. Since then the owner has not delivered my side tables. It has been one year now. 04/23/22. The owner is is full of lies.. First he told me the side tables are on the cargo ship reaching in Aug 2021. Then he told me they have arrived at the port and he is not able to get it because of covid. Then he told me in 2 days he will deliver.. After November 2021 he told me the side tables are still on cargo.. and repeated the story until January. Again in February he told me the side tables are shipped and arriving in March first week. when i called him in March he told me he does not know when he will get it from the oakland port. The owner is con artist and full of lies. he was ready to give me my money back but i had bought matching king bed and now i will be left with just a king bed and because prices have increased in one year i'd have to pay double the cost.. thats why he is delaying my order. I am going to open a small claim court case against bad business practices of this store. They need to be shut down for causing frustration to consumers.

I wanted to share my experience at All World. The owner told me on the phone he had one piece of the bedroom set I wanted and asked to Zelle money right away. I sent him half the deposit 6 months ago. He had not delivered the bed, and now he does not even answer my phone calls or text messages. I even emailed the company but there's no response. I think I should file in Small claims court now.

We heard about this store through a friend and decided to give it a shot after going to West Elm and Room & Board (where delivery timelines were 3-6 months). There is a wide variety of furniture in the store at more affordable prices than big stores. We came in to buy a sectional and left with a sectional, an "Eames chair" and 2 bar stools. Larry let us browse around at our own pace and answered any questions we had. All the furniture was delivered in great condition and super quickly (3 days!!). I will definitely be returning to buy more furniture in the future.

Walked into the store. Looks like they have some interesting items. The person at the desk, I assume the owner. He saw me walk in and browse for ten minutes and never said one word to me. I walked right pass his desk on my way out nothing. I guess you have to be of a certain persuasion to get some assistance. I am Black. I was really trying not to go to one of the large furniture stores to purchase a living room set and a bedroom set. I would give zero stars if I could, because that's the amount of help they gave me.
