Once you buy the car he will never answer, if they say that they will fix some item from the car make sure they fix it before buying it.
When I bought my car in that place they said they would fix the door window that was damaged before signing, once signed they never responded again, the replacement part that they had supposedly ordered never arrived.
It is not a good place to shop.

Jose and his team were incredibly helpful and supportive during our search for the perfect car that fits our needs. Once we told him what we needed he made that happen. He’s incredibly supportive, responsive, and all around good person. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Had a wonderful experience working with All USA motors to buy me first car. They really do put in a lot of effort to ensure they have an inventory of high quality used cars. Jose was super helpful and professional, and is a wonderful person to work with. He helped me from securing financing to insurance. Definitely would recommend!

I love my Toyota purchase--but recently received a letter from a finance company USA applied to for my small loan (an application that luckily was denied). Beware of lenders. Check the BBB rating. I'm happy with the loan USA finall did secure for me.

Its my first time buying a dealership car and jose litteraly did everything he could to get me into the credit union to build credit when i tell you it was easy i mean that he insists and puts pressure on the credit union to evaluate the application. Basically i gave my info and he did the rest .I bought a car from all usa motors and it was really cool. Jose the salesman and Don Geronimo the showman will help you and get you right.

Buying a Used Car is never an easy process. I was in the market for a used car for my son to get to and from school and to his sports practices and, eventually, have him share it with his sister when she gets her license.
I wanted something reliable and in good condition, so when I saw a Mazda 3, 2013, that looked like a good starter car. I contacted Jose and he was very responsive. I wanted to do a PPI with a mechanic I found on the Internet (also close to 5 star rating), and Jose was very accommodating. I took the car for a test drive late afternoon on day 1 (Thanks Mo Mo for helping!) and it ran well - so I asked if the mechanic could look it over. Jose had it delivered there the next day to the mechanic for evaluation.
Once I had the report from the mechanic, I discussed some of the findings and Jose was very transparent on my options. We discussed it and then settled on a price - over the phone!
We completed the paperwork and the car was with the mechanic to address the findings ... and the car was mine ... all within 24 hours!
To top this off, when I picked up the car from the mechanic he commented that Jose / All USA Motors was very professional and that he, the mechanic, got the impression that the dealer just wanted what was best for me the customer!
Thanks Jose - I've waited 1 week to post this since I wanted to make sure everything was ok - and it is!!! Thanks for a seamless, transparent, low pressure transaction.

Jose and his salesman "Momo" were the best. They made me feel so comfortable and they were able to work with what I was comfortable leaving as a deposit and payment plan. I didn't feel pressured and Jose made sure to provide full details of what I was signing. I highly recommend looking to them for your next vehicle purchase. He even fixed a small problem I brought to his attention and filled up the gas tank. Thank you ALL USA MOTORS

It's a used car dealer so be forewarned. Read and understand what you are signing. These guys do a great job at what they can do, if you know these things coming in, you will get a great deal

In the past 5 months, I’ve bought two cars. Kodie helped me the first time I went and she’s the reason I went back when I totaled an older cat that I had. After talking with Kodie, I felt confident to go back when I found the car I wanted in their inventory. Being a female, I felt more comfortable and reassured when Kodie answered all the questions I had and gave great advice regarding an uncertainties that may have occurred. I didn’t know much about cars or financing but I left with much more knowledge than before. I knew I could count on All USA Motors to provide reliable cars in their inventory with all the car facts regarding each car’s history. I’m so happy with my new vehicles but hopefully I dont have to go back for another few years!!
P.S. I highly recommend talking to Kodie if you go, she’ll make you feel right at home.
