The owner is being disingenuous. The issue is not that they sold the car to someone else. Cars come and go. The issue is they lied to me and wasted 1 hour of my time. With a 9 year old car, nearly 90,000 miles, and a thin CarFax report, there will likely be issues. That's logical to assume. Typically a leak as seal ages or maintenance is overdue.1. In response to the owner, I did receive a text rejecting the offer but no name was attached. That was the 1st red flag. Yes the offer was low since there was no "inspection report" nor a "conditioning report." Neither of which they perform nor furnish.When I replied what can you do? NOTHING. No response. Shortly after, I received a call from Jay who must be the relief pitcher from the bullpen. Jay proceeded to tell me "what I wanted to hear" and the end result was he did not do anything that he said he would. 2. To owner's comment "we explained to you thoroughly that we cannot get to the deal you wanted." That is FALSE. I spent an hour on the phone with Jay explaining my request to get the service records from the dealer as only the owner can make such a request. Next would be an inspection at the dealer.Jay said he would get the records but need some time. There are two Mercedes dealers close by. He failed to do so and clearly had no intention.When I did not hear anything, I followed up. Jay insulted me by text and proceeded to use foul language. MOTE: See My google maps review and message screenshots.AGAIN, I did not make any demands whatsoever. I simply asked. If they had done things properly and ethically, I would have come up in price. 3. The owner is deflecting. Notice how I'm the problem? He does nothing but blame me. I only asked for information as one would on a 9 year old car and nearly 90,000 miles "out of warranty."For the record I don't disparage businesses. Unfortunately in the car business there are too many dealers who will go to great lengths to sell a car dishonestly AND the buyer doesn't know what they are getting themselves into.The out for the seller is they claim the seller bought out of warranty "as is."The truth is they are looking for a less discerning buyer who knows little to nothing. They just want you to open your wallet with no questions asked. If it's too much work to deal with long distant in state buyers they should have said so and saved me a great deal of time.Therefore my one star review is fair, impartial and completely justifed.

I had a great experience with the team in purchasing for pleasure. Find the one that you like that they have available and speak to the team on purchasing the one that is complete, inspected, procured and ready for delivery. I usually don't like dealing with a Used car dealership, but Jose at All USA Motors had gone above and beyond. They are very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a used car. The whole process was easy and painless. Will purchase from then again in the future.

Buying a car is very stressful for me, I get a stomach just thinking about it. I recently had to get a new car and my daughter recommended All USA Motors, so I agreed to give it a try. I'm so glad I did. It was a very pleasant experience doing business with Jose Luna (the owner), his associate Jay and secretary Kodhi. They were all very professional and courteous. I'm now the proud owner of a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan. It was such an easy process! If you need a car check out their webpage, you can look at inventory and start the credit process on line. They are all very nice people! I'm one happy car owner!

Bad service, lack of accountability and crooks. Save your energy and $ this place is definitely not worth the stress. I paid cash for a car and Jose neglected to provide me with the title. When I. Called about it, he advised me of a mysterious balance. I Never knew that I had. I definitely do not recommend dealing with these crooks. Save your money and save your time they're bad businessman and defame other car dealerships in SanJose.

If I could rate them negative, I would. Myself too. For falling for all the BS I did. He swindled me then insulted me, then lied to me, then ignored me. True story. He claimed he fixed things he didn't. Even showed me the parts he "replaced". I should have listened to my gut. I even told him my gut was telling me not to buy it. But he looked at me and said "don't do that to me, don't do that to me" and like a caring person, I didn't do that to him. Squeeling, select shift doest work, power steering so loud, rusted drive train, clicking wheels, leaking fluids. Its all lame. Its my fault. I should have gone with a man is what my friends say. Kidding me? Well I hope this story help another woman out there. Always follow your gut. I'm trying to sell this car now 3 months later and its 5k less than when I bought it. I feel so stupid.

I just wanted to express my experience I hade purchasing a car here at All USA Motors on E. Santa Clara st. The owner Jose is honest and very thorough with each paper work your signing. Jose not only was extremely professional, respectful and helpful through the whole process of the paper work finalization. Friendly staff, each and every worker at Jose's business made my experience feel comfortable & welcomed. I was well taken care of and I not only drove off with a car of my dreams Thanks to Jose, I encourage everyone to come experience the same service themselves. I will rate Jose ,staff and service FIVE STARS without a doubt!!! Thank You Jose and All USA MOTORS and staff!!!!!!

I couldn't ever be more pleased with the service that is always provided at USA motors. Jose is an amazing, honest, all-around good man and I would recommend this dealership to anybody who is looking to purchase a vehicle. This is my second vehicle going through USA motors and I walked in there at 5 PM, after Jose had already left. One of his staff members called him, explained to him that I was there interested in a vehicle Jose turned around in his car came back, found me the best deal, and I drove off in the car that I wanted. I love this dealership and I will continue to buy cars from Jose!

1. Jose can be very disrespectful and talks extremely fast. I wouldn't ever recommend a woman come here alone, yet anyone come here at all. Most cars will have problems within a year. 2. I purchased two cars from here for $5000 a piece a neither lasted 6 months without transmission problems costing more than the car. 3. When I purchased one of my cars it took over a month for them to register my car and they over charged me $250 in DMV fees which I have recently reported to the DMV for investigation and reimbursement. I brought this to Jose attention and he refused to reimburse me. 4 . STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR LOT. THE CARS ARE NOT RELIABLE. 5. When I requested the vehicle inspection report I never received it, and Jose became very rude and hostile. Do not buy a car from here. ****Replies to the business owner**** 6. I can screenshot where I contacted the business to bring the car in and never received a response. I called and texted. 7. You were not there when I purchased either car. I didn't throughly review any paperwork with anyone. 8. You told me you couldn't provide a warranty which would've held you accountable for selling a lemon. 9. A customer should never ride around with paper plates that say "all USA motors" for 90 days. I was pulled over three times by police for not having proper license plates. (You thought that response was cool huh? ) who wants to buy a car from a dealer who waits to register their car until they're ready? 10. Check the dates in the photo. I never received a call or text back after calling and texting.

My first ever car and I'm glad I did it with All USA motors they really made it possible for me to get the car i really wanted and made sure they gave me the best rates. In 25 years if buying cars this was the most enjoyable experience I've ever had. Great owner Jose who is attentive and always responsive accompanied by great support staff. I purchased a 17 year old Volvo Station Wagon which has been nothing but fun and practical and reliable. I don't just recommend All USA Motors I give them my highest recommendation. You won't be disappointed.
