I’ve been insured with this office for 20 years. Yes, StateFarm has its glitches, however the folks here at Aborn have always assisted me well. Great customer service, guidance and annual discounts.

It has been such a terrible experience dealing with the agents at the office (Mainly Nancy Lorenz and John Lorenz). My requests are not complicated, in fact, my only request was auto insurance. However, the agents sent me a temporary card without activating my plan ! Luckily this was caught before getting pulled over or getting into an accident however, they've charge me for the past year without actually providing me coverage. The agents here are slow and often non-responsive. I'd highly recommend consulting with a different office or dropping StateFarm all together!
