I have always been to AKW for major maintenance and brake work of my two Toyota cars, even it is not very close to my home. Mr. Wang is very kind and skilled. This is a small busniess, very honest with reasonable price. Today I thought my brake may need some work so I dropped my car in the morning. Later on Mr. Wang told me the brake looked OK after inspection, and he even didn't charge me for the inspection. I'm always happy with their service.

My experience with AKW Auto Corporation has unfortunately been far from satisfactory. I initially visited the shop for a routine oil change, not foreseeing the costly issues that would follow due to a basic servicing error.The mechanics at AKW over-torqued the oil bolt during the procedure. This may not sound significant, but the effects were very real and quite disappointing. I wasn't aware of this until I took my car for another oil change at a different auto service center half a year later.Upon inspection, I observed that the bolt hole was indeed distorted, corroborating what I was told. The subsequent repairs were not only inconvenient but also led to additional expenses. I had to bear the cost of creating a larger hole in the oil tank and replacing the bolt.While I believe that if I had returned to AKW Auto Corporation for the second oil change, they might have corrected their mistake for free, this situation reflects a serious lapse in professionalism. A service provider in this field should not overlook such a fundamental aspect of car servicing.The impact of this experience has been such that my confidence in their services has been significantly undermined. Future customers should consider this experience when deciding whether to use AKW Auto Corporation. A lack of professionalism in auto repair is not just about poor service—it can lead to additional costs and inconveniences for the customer, which was clearly the case for me.

Splendid service on my Nissan Quest! I had a bad experience at Milpitas auto repair shop where they recommended that I change the cooling system, costing me $1100, but I still had the same issue. I learned my lesson not to go back to that shop again. Thankfully, a friend recommended AKW and Master Wang. He is extremely experienced, and after I described my issue, he immediately suspected the thermostat/counter was the culprit, and he was right! He fixed it for under $200 bucks. Since then, he has been my go-to person for all my car issues.

Just moved my son from LA and heard about Master Wang's reputation. So called the AAA today to tow LS400,1996 dead engine from Santa Clara to San Jose. 30 min was a little far but worth it. 11;00am arrived and ready to pickup 4:00pm. Replaced the fuel pump and price is reasonable. Can not be wrong with this honest shop.

Amazing! Dealer quoted me $170 for a brake fluid change but AKW only charged me for $60. I wanted to fix a dent on the side of my car, but the mechanic here says it’s not worth it. Great place if you don’t want to get ripped off. Will come back and recommend it to more friends. ?
