after they showed up they charged an additional $205 to install a dishwasher line even though mine was fine. total bait and switch. $475 to install in total. bummer.

Absolutely HORRIBLE I spent $30,000 on a full suite of appliances. My entire experience with the sales representative, Kristina French was horrible, she was the absolute the worst. Her email was a black hole and she wouldn't respond. When she would, she was incredibly rude. During the delivery, the delivery guys damaged my brand new kitchen cabinets. They then uninstalled my cabinet and disappeared with it. I had to escalate to get my damaged cabinet back. I escalated and worked with Rachel Cruz. She was no different. She did not respond to my emails. I escalated again and I was redirected to Robert Alva. I followed up multiple time with zero response. It has been MONTHS, 5 months at least and I am left with a damaged kitchen cabinet while Airport Appliance has been no where around. I am extremely disappointed by the entire experience. DO NOT BUY from Airport Appliance.

Horrible experience with Airport Home Appliance a tenant for one of our work locations had a horrible experience, while delivering the worker from Airport Home Appliance made a mess and left dirt marks all around the entrance. While being asked nicely to clean up the worker decided to yell and complain to our tenant that he didn't work for him therefor he did not have to clean up after himself even though he didn't try to maintain a clean area and clean his shoes on rug before entering. He then became aggressive with our tenant and wanted to get into a physical altercation with them. This was very unprofessional and while trying to reach out to Airport Home Appliance we received no answer and no call back even after they asked for feedback in the review.

I worked with Lillian when I purchased an appliance suite for my kitchen remodel. She expertly guided me through all of my options and took great care to make sure I got the best value and features for my budget. She even convinced me to go with a fridge that was far less expensive and had more features that I wanted. No pressure to spend money I didn't need to. In fact, quite the opposite. The prices were better than the big box stores and other appliance stores nearby. I am for sure going back to her when I remodel my other kitchen. Highly recommend you ask for her. 10 out of 10! Shopping for a Sub-Zero built-in and called Airport Appliance for a quote and ETA. Melissa V. was beyond helpful as we discussed delivery, payment and financing options. She helped problem solve our need for a temporary fridge while waiting for the Sub-Zero. Melissa followed up with communication and answered my questions thoroughly.

Linda Trang was very helpful and knowledgeable at Airport Appliance in San Jose. She helped me pick out a refrigerator, washer, dryer and oven. She really knew the different brands and options of all the appliances & helped me with making sure they would fit in my spaces.

Non-responsive customer service. We waited all day for the delivery and then they said they didnt have the unit. We cancelled the order to buy a dishwasher from someone who could get it done. Run around in the cancellation and refund process. They seem like they are trained to not give back the money.

I walked around for 10 minutes trying to find somebody to ask a question. Everybody was sitting behind a desk in the front. I will never recommend this place to any of my friends.
