Their customer service is terrible at least on the phone I think it's better in person. If you try to reach them on the phone their phone system will just send you in circles then when you finally do get ahold of somebody they will transfer you to somebody else and put you back in the phone system starting from beginning again it's ridiculous and very frustrating.

My friend was paying a little over 500$ for ONE car here. He’s had no major accidents or DUIS or a lot of tickets. He switched to another company since he got another car he’s now pay $313 for TWO cars. This place rips people off I don’t know how they have so many good reviews.

I must have shopped around and got quotes from at least 10 different insurance agencies looking for a full coverage insurance for my vehicle to fit within my tight budget and to range within the available funds I had at that moment. Needless to say I wasn't having any luck until I called Acceptance Insurance, in which I had the privilege of talking to kind and professional Miss Lulu, who was extremely helpful, humble and/or understanding and was able to adjust and accommodate to my specific need and request in order to certify a policy for future business, I feel confident and satisfied to say that I am now a happy client at Acceptance Insurance.
