If you land in a room facing 87, ask for a different room. I should’ve. Even with ear plugs in, you can hear the outside traffic all night long. I would guess if you can’t see 87 from your room you might be better off. But who knows how sound bounces around the buildings here. Better yet, let there be an event at the SAP center and the ensuing loud grid lock goes on forever, and the resulting honking and engine revving is unreal. The parking deck arrangement adjacent to the hotel is weird, but that’s the least of my issues. Wanted to like this place. Staff is incredibly nice.

Perfect to crews preforming at SAP center. Just 7 minutes walking.

Staff was friendly, near some places to get food. Room was mostly clean, beds were nice and although A/C worked, it was finicky at times. Walls are on the thin side as I could hear my neighbors a bunch.

I stayed here with my company for a work trip and they staff at the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful, both ahead of time and during our stay. They organized a room for us to keep deliveries locked until we arrived and helped coordinate everything from individual room swag deliveries to late check out. They couldn’t do enough and I would highly recommend- the room are big, clean and nice too which was a bonus in comparison!

Stayed in this hotel multiple times. The bar / restaurant is like a joke. Made an order of simple salad for dinner, waited for 20 minutes, and then was told the chef was out of office and I can wait for another 20 mins for the chef to come back. This was around 8:30pm. How could a chef leave work during peak dinner time? And, how could the waitress wait for 20 mins to tell a customer the chef is not working? Also, cannot order room service and you have to order and eat food at the bar. I ended up getting a glass of wine, but was told I cannot bring the glass to my room because they run out of glasses. Tired of its unprofessionalism. Wordless.
Food & drinks: Bar service has no professionalism

I could not believe the shenanigans the staff were up to. They had people possibly their personal friends harassing us. All through the night they were screaming and making pig sounds.just pretending to be staying at the hotel. Also the lyft employees were driving g round and round revving engines. Some guy just looking up at our room standing in the middle of the street. So weird.kids on bikes not more than 10 or 12 riding around at 4 am. ????weird.

The more I stay here, the more I like it. It is very convenient to town center with tons of dining options. Great sidewalks and walking distance to so many things. The hotel is clean. The staff are all SUPER friendly and pleasant!
Walkability: A plethora of dining options and activities all within a 15 minute walk.

The people that complain about this hotel are either extremely needy, old, or a mix of both. And the fact that people would even eat breakfast at a hotel is beyond me. Yes, the elevators are slow. What are you in a hurry for? Are you on a timer with your street lady? It's an extra 30 seconds at most, chill out. The rooms are nice, the entire hotel has an amazing scent and it's always clean (in my experience). That being said, the only problem I have is that there's a constant high-pitch ringing sound through the evening/morning. I think it might be a hobo repellant but I'm not sure. I can't even tell if it's coming from outside or if it's from something inside of the room. All in all, I love this hotel and it's always been a pleasant experience. People need to chill out dude.

Would love to give 5 stars as I loved the hotel but they overcharged me a week before staying there $2000, didn’t reverse the charge, only refunded the difference so I ended up paying over a $100 credit card fee.

Wonderfully updated interior. Clean as a whistle! Nice outdoor space, pool, gym. Very comfortable bed. Hot shower. Very slow elevator, basic breakfast with minimal re-stocking.

The room was beautifully designed, well appointed, and every single staff member I interacted with was extremely friendly and pleasant. Really nothing egregiously bad to say about this hotel. However, a few things were a bit off, especially for the price:
1. The water pressure in the room bathroom sink was extremely poor. There was no diffuser so at best, the sink provided a quarter-inch wide trickle (regardless of water temperature). Very irritating, and it never felt like your hands were truly clean - amplified by the fact that the faucet is short, low, and placed over a giant basin sink, so it was ridiculous to have such a pathetic stream of water serving it.
2. Worst and most irksome of all - the elevators are extremely, shockingly slow. From the wait times - even during off-peak hours - to the way the doors lazily open and close, the elevators seem like they are 100 years old, yet appear thoroughly modern. Makes no sense. Thyssen-Krupp or their technicians must have these in senior-citizen mode. I was only on the third floor - I can’t imagine how bad it is higher up.
A fantastic staff and design, handicapped by a near-unusable sink and an elevator that makes you wish the stairs were easier to find. Hope they can fix these issues, because it is otherwise a great experience.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a very small refrigerator so if you have several items that need to be placed in the fridge you may have a problem with room. The rain shower head leaked cold water on you even when you had the rain head shut off. Other than those 2 minor issues everything was great staying there.
Rooms: Like I said above the room was very clean and neat. Just need a bigger refrigerator for the rooms
Nearby activities: SAP Center is near by. So if you attend any events there you are close.
Walkability: You can walk to the SAP Center in about 5 minutes which makes it very convenient if you are planning on attending any events and are spending the night.

Rooms are nice slightly small, location great, but my complaint is with the breakfast…. No salt and pepper on the tables, no coffee at the breakfast buffet, the Nespresso machine only had de cafe and no one asked me if I wanted regular coffee, the server did not seat me or ask if I needed anything I had to come find her to order my eggs. I’m glad my breakfast was included I would not pay for it.
