Because of the pandemic, I postponed the regular maintenance of my car until now. It has been quite some years since last time a professional opened my car engine hood. I saw many positive comments on FB so I brought my car to AB Auto Repair. Kenny found some issues that even I am not aware of (Based on my understanding of my car's usage, I have imagined in my mind what would need to be replaced/fixed before the maintenance) Great service with fair price. Highly recommend!

I have been to this place for past three years for my Toyota Camry maintenance and the car is in a good state. Recently, all the warning lights came up for my Honda Fit purchased last year. Kenny analyzed the problem step by step and avoided any unnecessary part replacement. He found serious carbon buildup on valves. After cleanup, the issue is gone and it's difficult for me to relate the warning lights with the root cause. He also provided suggestions to avoid the same issue in the future. Even though I have moved out of South Bay, Kenny is my first consultant for any auto issues who is skilled, honest and his price is affordable.

My car couldn't start on a Saturday late afternoon. Kenny generously offered to wait and receive my car for overnight tow-in/drop-off when I called him on his non-working day. Kenny diagnosed my car starter issue and replaced it very quickly by Tuesday. He is very professional and nice. He patiently explained the causes and answered all my questions. The repair/replacement price is very good. Kenny is definitely a lifesaver for auto issues! Highly recommend Kenny/AB Auto Repair!

Anytime I need any work done on any of my vehicles, either paint or auto body work. Mohammed has always been very kind and helpful exceeding expectations. Living in San Jose there’s not much paint shops that can provide detailed precision on paint, however I have had no complaints here.

The owner, Kenny, was friendly, honest, and quick to repair the battery and AC issues in my car. Kenny was very helpful to diagnose my car's issue through text while I was at home to see if I even need to bring my car to his shop. After days of testing, it was decided that my car needs more attention at the shop. I brought my car in at 9am, and Kenny informed me that my car was ready at 12:55pm, which took less than half a day. Please note the store is located behind the pet shop, so it may be a little hard to spot from the street. But if you can locate it, you will find that rare honest, quick, and reasonably priced car mechanic in the Bay Area.
