Organization has been infiltrated by Al Qaeda/ISIS. There is an individual stating name "Bobby Farhat" this individual is not using a real name and his phone number returns different information. We traced the individual back to extremist Jihadist roots. Be weary and avoid AACI.

The front desk receptionists are rude and discourteous. They do not empathize and show any compassion toward individuals that struggle with the language barrier. It is evident that their employees lack training in their profession. I would not recommend coming here unless you're fine with this kind of discrimination.

Front desk staff is absolutely useless and clueless. I tried to drop off a simple records request and the woman in charge of the front desk makes me wait half an hour while she consults God knows who, only to turn around and tell me that I need a contact person, so the request can be handed off to the right department. I tried asking her for any names of the department I was trying to request from, and she could not help me. The requests I had were labeled with the name of the business and the department they need to go to. She obviously has no idea what she's doing when it comes to this part of her job. The paperwork literally could not be more clear. Yet another "girlboss" who most likely scraped by to get to the position she currently holds. South Bay is full of fakers. I'd add some complaints about what I overheard from other people in the office but that would be a breach of privacy and law. Just know that I did not get the impression that this place is well organized/staffed.

On 4/8 morning I was informed a couple of hours BEFORE my ECG appointment that it has to be moved to an hour early because my family doctor has an emergency. I couldn't make it and basically what they told me is it's either an hour earlier today OR I'll have to wait until 5/17. I have a persistent palpitation issue going on that's affecting my everyday life and I need to find out what is the root cause ASAP. They had the nurse called back saying the same thing- no time slots available today. Now I am left with no appointment with my family doctor and they don't bother to call back.It wasn't my fault at first place that the doctor couldn't see me, but I am the one suffering from the consequence of doctor's personal "emergency". They told me if I can't wait that long, just go to urgent care because they don't handle patient's "emergency".AACI is doing their medical patients a disservice by sending the message: "we don't have enough medical resources. What's on the table is all we have- take it or leave it."I'd suggest to go for else where who values the fundamental rights and respects of medical patients.

I don't think that's your Mission, because my dad call to make an appointment and was told he can Not have an appointment, because of covid. If it's not an emergency you can't have one. ? Perhaps when he gets worst it will be too late.

I wish I could Give them 0 stars. This program doesn't care about your concerns. They changed the time of the class last minute after months of it being at 7pm and didn't tell us it's at 6pm tonight. They send some little email for the zoom link and they put 6pm? And you expect us to see it? How about a notice? Wow. U can never get a hold of them and they are always so rude to you. The guy in the office just hangs up the phone on you and will not answer it again. I think maybe they are the ones who need to attend programs. Seriously nightmare of a program and nightmare people to deal with. I wish this place would just get shut down. They are stealing peoples money without really providing any useful information. They issue late fees worse than the Parking police. And they don't even send you a notice to pay the bill. They expect you to just remember to pay them. Seriously a garbage program. Please shut this junk scam program down . Stealing peoples money. And with all the money we give you, u can't even stick with the time you tell us to come at? And you switch the time last minute? And expect us to see the small text? Who runs this place? How did this even happen? Wow

I am not sure why there are bad reviews here but I have known these guys since 1999. I must say my experience here is a hit or miss. This is a healthcare agency you cannot win them all. I'll start with the hits. Being broke on Medi-cal I chose a cool doctor named Teresa D. but thanks to the fact that there are a lot of good family practice doctors here you don't have to focus on one practitioner. I had an online check up and got assigned to doctor Pham. He was nice and caring. Did a good job of reducing my health fears. After my check up there was no need to divert info to the doctor I chose. It's all one system. Even the contract doctors are nice because mine is one. Not sure if I can do in person visits now. Now for the misses. I was here to see a mental health counselor from age 7-14 and didn't like it. They did nothing to reduce my mental pain. My family was severely upset by their work. It's been 14 years and my mental pain is a lot worse. I'm still unable to live independently and work full time due to their inability to help me live on my own. Most importantly, the poor work of the mental health staff here makes me unable to trust therapists ever since.

My parents have Dr Pham assigned through Medi-Cal. The services here are extremely good. The staff is extremely polite and it is very easy to get appointments. Dr Pham takes a great care of his patients. Overall extremely happy with the services

I accidentally made a $150 PayPal payment to one of AACI's programs while I was perusing their website--clumsy I know, but I was startled when my phone rang and my finger must have hit the "Pay" button. I immediately tried to cancel the action but it got processed too fast. I then emailed AACI because that was my only way to contact them at the time--their office is closed Fri-Sun and their phone answering service doesn't allow you to leave a message. You'd think their email system would be extremely reliable given it's the only way to contact AACI other than a phone call during very short business hours but no, the customer service person I spoke with several weeks later claimed they had never received any of my four emails to them, sent to two different main email addresses. The customer service person then claimed he couldn't see my $150 transaction, which is ridiculous because it was on PayPal and if I can see the amount having been taken out of my account into theirs, so can AACI. I don't know how it's possible both my emails and my money are like invisible to AACI when I have proof it's there, so my conclusion is the customer service person was flat out lying. He said he would check with his manager and do a refund once they located everything. I waited a week and nothing happened so I initiated a claim with wonderful PayPal who immediately acknowledged my concerns; I was just awarded my $150 back thanks to PayPal, so I'm here to warn you to not trust AACI's online system for transactions and to keep receipts for everything because I think their staff is disingenuous.

Warning...DO NOT COME HERE. when i came here i spoke with a couselor that ended up quitting the next day. Which i know is not ACCI fault. They then switched me to a woman named Cristina. This counselor was the worst counselor i have ever had in my entire life. She made me feel as though everything was my fault, disagreeable, problematic and highly uncooperative. She is NOT the type of counselor you want if you have mental health problems. I shared very vulnerable information with her and instead of helping me to get through it, she over talked me, interupted me and looked at me with disgust even though this is supposed to be a NON judjmental place. NEVER AGAIN, fortunately i moved to Nevada and i have a thereapist that is MUCH better and actually takes the time to listen. DO not come here for help with mental health they will treat you so unprofessionally.
