Don't come here for a Notary. They will charge you even with membership and in my case it took 2 hours waiting the notary and paying the service.

This branch is amazing. I had to take care of DMV business related to my late mother. Everyone in this branch is kind and friendly. They ensure people are checked in and directed to the appropriate waiting area. I had an appointment and was seen as soon as I walked in. I was assisted by Molly who was kind and very knowledgable. I was missing one document to complete my transaction. Molly took care of getting all the documents in order, explained and highlighted what I needed to fill out as I opted to take the forms home to complete and return the following day to complete my business. I returned the next day and completed the process with Jon who was equally kind and knowledgable, Grief is a difficult place to be in - so having amazing people like Molly and Jon made this a good experience. All the staff at this location are friendly and care about customer service. This was not my first visit to this location, however, the level of kindness and empathy I received is appreciated beyond words. I know I would likely not have received this excellent level of customer service at the DMV. Having a Triple AAA membership pays for itself time and time again.

These guys are great, super friendly, very efficient. Even if it's busy they still try to make sure you get your needs met as quickly as possible.

JOAN The person who is always at the entrance denied me service in Spanish, telling me that today there was no one in the branch who spoke Spanish!
My first procedure was carried out by Mr. Frank, who is very kind, well, they take me to the waiting room and I see him, I ask him if he can help me and he says yes!
Why do they deny service at the entrance, why do they discriminate?
