I’m writing this review for Micah on behalf of my mom. She was calling AAA this morning and had an amazing experience! She spoke with 2 different employees there and every one of them was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating; especially Micah. He was enthusiasticly assisting my mom to change the existing auto insurance and all my mom’s concerns about changing auto insurance completely resolved. Couldnt ask for a more professional and quick experience! I would highly recommend Micah and this location.

Worst customer service imaginable at this location. They don't want to help their existing customers what so ever and they are waste of time....

Single worst AAA experience I’ve ever had. I love triple A, me and my family have been members for decades and I’ve never been treated so flippantly curt in my life.

Went here after the DMV said 2 1/2 hour wait and gave us a short stack of papers with little info on what to fill out. Should've just came to AAA in the first place. Dereck and another gentleman were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They answered all our questions, helped us fill out all the forms, and double or triple checked our work when needed; all with a smile. Our experience here was a prime example of what good customer service is, I'm happy to be a valued customer of AAA.

The service quality at this and virtually all other branches have gone down hill drastically over the recent years. They focus more on boosting sales and profits than customer service, which is worse than horrible. The staff are poorly trained, unmotivated, rude, lazy, clueless, incompetent, or at best, apathetic and robotic. The management seems walk around with a business model "Do the Minimum". Overall, AAA membership is not worth the money anymore (low in value). I cancelled my membership a long time ago but still receiving unsolicited material trying to sell membership, despite my numerous requests to stop those junk mails.

This particular locations has the best employees! "AJ" and "Kat" in particular! I was treated far beyond my necessary needs! Patience, compassion, humor and professionalism! This just made my day and helped because there is challenging parking at this location and the added pouring of rain was not helping. Being treated with such EXTRA care from these two employees was a sweet and comforting experience you don't often see in other organizations. Thank you AAA for having a fabulous crew of employees at this Almaden location!

Not a very friendly agent. Carl, the agent, seemed in a hurry, eager to get on to the next customer. While making conversation I mentioned that a California law would have made birth certificates include diacritical marks, like all those marks above Vietnamese names. He said, "They will have to go back to Vietnam to get that". Three weeks later I got mail from AAA that was lost. AAA did not include my Apartment number. I asked if there were any discounts that might apply to my case. He tersely said "No". What about maps? As he hurriedly escorted me out, he barked at the woman receptionist, without so much as a polite hello, "Give this man a map of San Jose. I was not told of any other benefits that AAA offered, a question I was asked in a later AAA email survey, never told about towing, etc. He gave me his card which I have torn up. Would not recommend AAA, or Carl. Using words like "Go back to" when referring to an ethnic group living in America smacks of institutional prejudice at the very least and worse of something more dire, not to mention insensitivity and callousness.
