Been a member for a long period of time and had been rejected to use DMV services to renew registration and staff here very rude and disrespectful and wood be subjected as condescending
You pay for AAA services but when attempting to use them there rejection and policies on why you can't use what you pay for

Great experience doing title transfer (DMV service) on a Saturday. No lines, friendly staff, quick service, easy parking. Can't imagine that at DMV :)

I went there to obtain registration & title for vehicle purchased out of state. Susanna was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this branch if you want to have your job taken care of fast and easy. I had gone to another branch on Capitol Expwy. where they were inefficient and seemed to be looking for problems in a simple process that was straight forward.

Well, haven't been to a AAA facility in a long time but I needed to take care of some DMV paperwork and instead of fighting the DMV and their staff I opted to try AAA. I dropped in and was greeted instantly by one of the nicest and well-mannered humans I could ask for. Cathy Gelinske was her name and she was engaged and seemed interested in helping me take care of what I needed. She gave me the forms, highlighted what I needed to fill out and told me to get into the member services line when I was done. I filled out the forms and stood in a very short line that went relatively quick. I was waved over by Liz Moreno who was very kind and was also engaged on how she could assist. Liz explained everything to me and the cost and got right to work on the computer. She asked a few questions to make sure I was doing what was best and then proceeded to process my requests, collect payment, print my docs, and send me on my way. Service was spectacular and these folks deserve to be commended for a job well done. Painless and DMV processing usually don't go together. Thank you Cathy and Liz!! Cathy thanked me for coming in and asked if she could help with anything else as I was leaving, above and beyond! Great work AAA.

My dad and I went to the AAA Brokaw office and the people were so friendly and helpful. They helped us fill out the paperwork for a title transfer because we are both dyslexic. They were so helpful.

Very terrible Experience The front staff is very unprofessional and rude. I have question regarding my policy and she said wait someone will call you and I waited like half an hour over there sitting and they are just talking each other and laughing and someone came after me and they called out them first.

I came to this location for DMV services and consult on my insurance renewal. I would recommend folks to this branch. DMV Services: Staff was friendly and knowledgable. I purchased a vehicle from a private party and was able to register the car here without waiting in long lines at the DMV. The staff helped me through the registration process and the pink slip arrived in no time. Insurance consult: I had a lot to ask and the staff answered all my questions. Technically I called AAA first but I had a terrible experience over the phone. I appreciated the patience and knowledge the staff provided me here at this location. I talked to two different people on two separate visits and both were kind and helpful. Front desk: Huge shout out to Cathy Gelinske! She was the first person I met upon entering the lobby. She was extremely inviting and did an amazing job at trying to understand what I needed help with. She was quick and efficient to triage me to the right place and even answered some of my questions. This first point of contact is crucial (and often overlooked) in the customer service space and she did a great job setting the right expectation so that the hand off to DMV services or Insurance consult was smooth. And it was! Thanks again, Cathy and Staff!

Went in for a quote and tried multiple times to get clarifications for why the quote was so high. The only answer was something along the line of "because of multiple factors". Huh? Giving a 2 stars because the staffs seem nice and polite, but the professionalism (of their answers) are extremely lacking.

I was here to apply for International Driving Permit, and was in and out in about 15 mins. $ 29, good for one year and cover 150+ countries. I had printed out the application and filled out the paperwork before hand, but needed to take photos which AAA does. When I entered the door I was greeted by a friendly staff and she asked me the purpose of my visit and took my paperwork, and the pointed me to where to take the passport photos. That way she could take care of my paperwork at the same time -- so efficient.The girl took my photos are super friendly as well, and she even let me used a mirror and checked the photos before she printed them out.Friendly, helpful, efficient.
