My experience was very good. I see no reason to doubt the work, it was done in time promised and the service advisor, Alexander Valera, was great. He even went beyond and helped me with unrelated information for an upcoming vacation.

Update 4/12: Unfortunately, the multipoint inspection did not include looking at the battery when it came to under the hood. My battery was so corroded, it was easily seen. (I don't look at my engine, I paid them to do it), but no one saw it. Car died in not the best of places. So I will be looking for a true car expert and not returning here. :/I submitted an online request to get my fluids checked (poor car hadn't been looked at in 3 years except for regular oil changes), and I got a call from Jason to schedule. He got me in first thing on a Saturday, and they also replaced my turn signal light, which had gone out three days before. I was done and headed home just over an hour later. I got a checklist of the next repairs based on milage, and I've updated my calendar to call and schedule my next visit.

A few weeks ago, I had my car serviced and it returned missing a wheel cover (hub cap). The shop denied responsibility and stated they had received the car in such condition. I gave benefit of the doubt and thought the wheel cover (hub cap) might have fallen off on the drive there. I had done a walk around of the car before dropping it off and all the wheel covers were on, but somehow, I gave benefit of the doubt. So I had to buy a replacement wheel cover and had it installed at another auto shop. That’s when I learned this isn’t a wheel cover that snaps on or off (and not likely prone to falling off). It is secured in place with 5 lug nuts, which were still screwed on tightly (on the tire missing the cover). In other words, the wheel cover didn’t just fall off. Also corroborated by the other auto repair shop and asking other auto mechanics. I’ll never know what happened to my wheel cover while it was in this shop (either forgot to put it back on or was damaged), but definitely trust lost.

They advertise they work on Teslas. From their website, I thought I was scheduling an appointment, but it is not really an appointment, which explains why there were so many openings. Turns out it generates an email asking you to call the AAA service center, and only after talking to a live person is an appointment scheduled.Scheduled an appointment and went in. My AC was not cooling (fan was working fine). At intake, the service advisor used my remote to open the frunk - he's not used to Teslas. I ended up giving my odometer reading from the app - no need to go into the car. They need to diagnose ($179?). I note hourly rates of $199 for nonmembers and $185 for members.Later, received a call from the service advisor telling me I need a new sensor which was north of $1,000 - the check engine light went on and they checked. Interesting since I don't think my Tesla has an engine nor a check engine light. Apparently he was calling the wrong customer.Late in the day, I received another call - they can't fix the car. Their computer can't communicate with the car - told to go to the dealer. Since they couldn't do anything, no charge.Picked up the car - the frunk was unlatched again.Several days later, I went to Tesla service which diagnosed a blown fuse and a failed air-conditioning compressor. It's an expensive compressor and the hourly rate is around $250, but at least I can get it fixed.Big waste of time, and I went to AAA to avoid the manufacturer which itself is frustrating (a recent service at Tesla took over a week and they said they spent 11 hours trying to diagnose a problem (Old 10+ year old Tesla means old software and the settings for new replacement parts are different, but Tesla chalked it up to goodwill)).At least for Teslas, not ready for prime time.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Quick attendance to needs, upfront pricing and allows updates to many dmv services. Much better than dmv. They need to sign an mou w dmv to provide all services....

Their hours say they’re open until 5, but techs go home by 4. AAA sent us there but they couldn’t help us until Monday. At least the staff gave us water to fill the radiator so we could limp along.
