Was recommended A&J and scoped them out before taking my car there. Jim was knowledgeable, patient, and seemed like an honest and hardworking guy. I initially took my car in for a full inspection to see what all needed to be done. I received a quote and sat on it for a couple of months. Recently came back to get most of the work done and Jim was flexible and accommodating. His team was able to get me in and get everything completed on time even when he had a mechanic out sick. While servicing Jim’s team was able to find and recommend some additional service which would save me money in the long run. I’m always skeptical of dealerships and mechanics but after working with A&J, am fully confident in their ability and trust their advice! Thanks Jim!

Excellent service overall. Brought in my 1990 Geo Metro for a timing belt cover and subsequently a new timing belt because the one it had was cracking and needed to be replaced. Jim and his team got the job done within a reasonable amount of time. Fair price and good communication throughout. If what your looking for is reliable, dependable, efficient, and fairness, come to A&J Nissan Specialist. Highly recommend them.

Do your research before letting these guys do a transmission rebuild and always make sure to ask for an itemized invoice for the services they are charging you for. Unfortunately, I only received a bill for over 5k+ that stated transmission rebuild 9+ hrs. My car also had issues again in less than a year and when I took my car back I was told that the valve body inside the transmission was no good and needed to be replaced, I was quoted about 3k for this... long story short we fixed the real issue and I will not be bringing my car back here.

I was charged for a transmission rebuild that costed over 5k. In less than a year I had car issues again. I took my car back to *** who stated that my transmission valve body needed to be replace, he quoted be a little over 3k to replace this part. When I asked him how this could have happened if he did a transmission rebuild not even a year ago, he replied with there was nothing wrong with your valve at that time so we didnt change it! And that only the solenoids were changed. I was charged for 9.+ hrs for a transmission's rebuild. I ask *** to give me an itemized invoice of everything he did for my transmission rebuild. *** stated that he didnt have it,he would have to look for it and he didnt know how long it would take. I believe I was wrongfully overcharged and I didnt get a full transmission rebuilt on my vehicle. I will have to take this to small claims.
