I am truly so happy with this storage location. The staff here are always in a great mood and ready to help, the property is always clean and smelling so nice, and this location just feels very safe. Also, it’s so nice that there’s a restroom at the property… and of course, it’s also always clean!!

horribly unprofessional, and in my experience, their insurance is a scam. highly recommend getting your own insurance, or, better yet, using a different facility.
my unit was on the second floor. when i moved in, the lift was broken. when i moved out, the lift was broken and i had to pay movers an extra fee for having to use the stairs. any time i needed access help or had a question, the manager luis was “out of town” and all of the representatives were out of office on a 2+ hour lunch. i waited outside for over an hour on more than one occasion, defaulting to calling the corporate office to ask if anyone was supposed to be working at the facility.
there was damage to brand new outdoor furniture in my unit. a visible hole was in the ceiling where antifreeze or some other chemical came through the ceiling and into my unit. i let them know right away, and filed a claim.
they concluded they were not responsible for the damage to my property, despite the immediate report and photo evidence of the hole in the ceiling and the damage to my brand new furniture. i provided receipts for the furniture. however, A1 refused to take responsibility.
when i asked to have the claim reviewed, all of my emails were completely ignored. i never heard back from them again. i found the conduct of the staff to be super rude and super unprofessional, and i don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Louis is a pleasure to work with. He is great at handling multiple customers, treats each person very well, and took the time to walk me through the facility. The facility is clean and the process is hassle-free.

Have only been a client for a few months and just got an out of the blue notice that they’re increasing my rate by over 50%.
…for a locker that has smaller dimensions than how it’s advertised.
Would avoid if you can.

A-1 storage goes above and beyond to make the customer service experience seamless. The staff are super polite. The facility is clean, as can be, secure, and well-maintained. I would not use any otherself-storage company. Thank you A-1.

Corina was amazingly helpful. She was so friendly and empathetic to me and my situation. Losing both my parents in such a short time has been hard.. I haven’t been able to go through their things and decide on what to keep and give away. So best option was to rent a space to store their things while I go through the grieving process. Thank you A1 for hiring such amazing employees like Corina who not only exemplify amazing customer service but also empathy.
