Order a shower door from Joe. He came out within the week and took measurements for my new shower. I was impressed by his knowledge in glass. He made some awesome suggestions for my shower and made it to where I could understand. He came and installed the shower by himself in a manageable time frame. I'm very impressed with the quality of work by Joe. I would recommend him to family and friends if needed.

If you are still thinking, run as fast as you can. Shoddy install. Reviews his own company on Google (see attached images)Joe seemed knowledgeable and said I could have it installed as early as 1 week. All hell broke loose when it came time to install.1. 3 weeks pass and no peep.2. He arrived by himself with no helpers. The door will not even open and side door wobbles a lot (see profile videos)3. He was in a rush to collect check and not fix the wobble. He threatens to file a lien instead of resolution.4. He used his cheap brand hardware Vs what was agreed upon.5. He later lies about Following:a. That he warned about wobble and offered other designs. Not true as I would have never chosen a wobbly panel.b. That he never said it could be quick 1 week install. He went ahead an updated his website after my review but saved screen shot from 10 days ago.

We had some delays getting our ultra clear shower glass tempered and installed. When time came to install on Dec 23, technician fell ill. Joe offered to send his former colleague Kuoros who brought along Addison to complete the install on Christmas Eve so our bathroom can be ready for our relatives during the holidays. These guys worked hard from 9 to 330pm basically without break. Amazing skills and dedication. Hope no issues going forward. Really appreciate the support from all sides including responsive communication w Ally.

Very responsive and helpful staff, including during help with design, measurement, and installation. I spoke with several other companies before choosing A1. I'm very happy with the finished products of mirrors and custom shower glass for two bathrooms. All of the staff were friendly during the process. Highly recommend!

A1 is by far the best company I have worked with in years. Joe the owner is great and had his team come out to my house the same day I called him. His workers are professional, respectful, reliable and do extremely high quality work. I had a pocket door that had one issue after another for years. If you own a pocket door in your house you know what a nightmare they can be. After using multiple companies to fix my pocket door issues, the stars finally aligned and I found A1 during a Google search. They ended up installing a bullet proof track system. Since then I have not had a single issue with my pocket door and it's been two years. A1 also offers a lifetime warrenty on their work, so even if 5 years from now the pocket door has an issue they will come out and fix it for free. I'm not someone who typically writes reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for A1 Glass and Shower Doors.

I just upgraded my shower walls and asked A-1 to install the glass. The whole process was great, pricing was very fair. From measurement to Installation, everything was top level. It was a pleasure to work with such a good company.

My sliding glass door was falling apart, I was really worried as I have a child and dogs. I called A1 and within 40 mins Josh came out and fixed it. So happy with the A1 service!

We were in a bind this morning after our store got broken into. We'd called everywhere for emergency glass repair, with no luck, and finally landed on A-1 Glass. The lady who answered the phone was helpful and then Joe called us and he was incredible. He was able to jump on the job asap, had really good advice on what we needed to do and was just so professional to work with. He sent Josh who was also a delight to work with. Knew exactly what needed to be done. Let me tell you, they made my husband and I feel so much better after such a stressful early morning. The glass was fixed in a couple of hours, invoice and photos were sent, just a seamless and professional experience. Thank you soo much for all your help this morning, truly appreciated.

Joe has been phenomenal to work with! Professional, helpful, and kind (which is a rare combination in this day and age). We needed help with an emergency situation and they responded in a timely manner, with a great price, and went out of their way to satisfy our request. I have worked in the retail field for almost 20 years and my standard for excellent customer service is high - they definitely exceeded it. I cannot say enough good things about Joe and Ally - if we ever need glass services again in the future we wont hesitate to call!

These guys are very shady . They quoted me a low price to get my business over the phone .Once they they got my credit card information , they increased the quote after 3 days . I agreed to work it out with the manager by splitting the price difference but the owner stepped in and raised the price again.Such a scam . I would stay away from these guys ,unless you have everything in writing and some witnesses. They delayed my project and waisted my time .
